Shonagh Home Pic

In this episode I’m joined again by Shonagh Home, the mushroom priestess who never ceases to amaze! Our conversation topic this time is the politics of pandemics, ancestral wisdom on immune system health, and navigating the evils of deep state craft.

Please visit her website at: https://www.shonaghhome.com

My Non Verbatim Show Notes:

SH: moved to n. vermont last summer, 9 months, working weekly, individual retreats, deep psycho spiritual work, I work with the psyche, work with it in a medicine woman way, also very psychic very intuitive, use other methodologies, they don’t teach in the regular institutional environment

appreciate that approach of exploring the deep shadow nature, working with dreams, utilizing cards, astrology, bring all of that to the table, ability to key into the persons unconscious, listening between and beneath the words their sharing, love what I do, been very fortunate, my work is really at this point referrals, that has been just wonderful

that’s where I’m at, got a little property, conjured this property, apprenticed myself to the mushroom, 10th year of apprenticeship to that teacher, power of heart, mind, doesn’t give all the answers, gives clues, so I can do my digging

live like a nun, I do these retreats with a different beautiful person, on the weekends, books and research

so excited its almost finished, put in a labyrinth on my land, 60 foot diameter, big, 7 circuit labyrinth, looks very much like the brain,

very much a warrior, what I feel like right now, really in a battle right now, very ancient, spiritual battle, it’s a battle for all life on earth, what I feel is its all about frequency, they want to launch that 5g everywhere, planetary very serious matter, I’m sure they’ll lay way more of those while everyone is self quarantining and out of the way so these guys can get the rest of what they want done

labyrinth is counter force to that, we had extraordinary power, power of our minds, minds have been hacked, been going on for some time, quite a number of late, everyone is in an absolute hysterical panic, with incredible unprecedented fear porn everywhere you look now, took away all the sports, no really way to escape, so many people are just glued to their sets, having this shit repeated over and over and over, that is mind control

you cannot access the higher order thinking, you can’t access reason when you’re fear, guess what else fear does it suppresses the immune system

these are unprecedented times, and I smell a rat, no pun in intended, what do rats bring, pandemic, rat someone who can’t be trusted

where we are in all of that

my intention is to be a counter force to that

begins with each one of us individually

TP: immune system narrative?

SH: the last druid documentary, older gentleman in Ireland, knowledge of druids passed down carefully, so much, the training starts when they’re young, him and two other men, triune, each one holding information, fascinated documentary, take away, “when a society loses connection to god” (architect of nature, call it god shamelessly) “then the technology of that society becomes evil”

we are spirit in matter, listening to doctor Thomas Cowen MD, The Four Fold Path to Healing, real doctor, traditional food, traditional wisdom, common sense, student of Rudolph Steiner, for humanity to evolve in the right way, the heart is not a pump, the heart will stop the blood and put it into a vortex, sends it on pathway through rest of the body, sufis speak of a moment when the heart stops in between each beat, that’s when god enters the human being, that’s when the human being is given spirit

what you hear about the space between the words, is where god resides if you will

the understanding that the heart is a vortex, Victor, the water wizard, Viktor Schauberger, documentary, all about water, he understand vortexes, in the heart, spirit interfaces with matter, immune system very interesting, 70-75% immune system in the gut, we are earth, the microcosm of earth, made up of composites from earth and space, our gut is like the soil, the soil in the garden needs lots of beneficial bacteria, every so often pathogenic bacteria, never able to take up residence, teaming with healthy bacteria so it keeps it out

we’ve taken quite a beating through the 20th-21st century, the beating continues

anti-biotics obliderated healthy gut, starts with babies, ear infection, anti biotics

vaccines, aluminum and mercury, very devastating

what’s it gonna take for people to wake up

china’s not reporting anymore cases, numbers are going down in Korea, something’s very wrong here, someone has taken this and just run with it, what a fabulous excuse to implement measures that no one would agree to

give over all their rights for their safety

this has been talked about for some time, people label these people conspiracy theorists, asking uncomfortable questions, uncomfortable truths,

very much want us on a digital currency, when we go cashless my god, little extra tip, whatever, any kind of financial autonomy, it will all be digitalized, highly surveiled, on chinese social credit system, if your opinions, then your money could disappear,

if those people want to book tickets, call a friend a warning will come up on their friends phone, heading into some really scary territory

they are able to use the media for full propaganda

if it worked during war time, it should be used in peace time

diabolical manipulation

we’ve been propagandized, deeply conditioned, prussian education system

all about individual, think for yourself, not get sucked into divisive narratives

they want us fighting

socially engineered narratives

the big boys are moving the chess pieces

so the first order of business, get off the damn media,

the only news there is, and apparently no one’s dying of anything else, just this, incessant, it’s demoralizing, it’s disempowering, biggest thing, they’re crashing the economy, not just in this country, we’re actually at war is what’s going on here

this is an economic war, I can promise one thing, china will be right as rain, back up and running in no time

would not be surprised, interest rates at zero, guess who’s gonna come in and buy up everything for pennies on the dollar

first detox off of that press, start taking really exceptional care of our bodies

colloidal silver is very important, mainstream media been knocking, that’s your que, pic some up, vitamin c, very helpful, ways to get vitamin c, one of the best is through sour krout, build up gut micro biome, ferments are fantastic,

gotta get off the sugar, can’t eat it, suppresses immune system

we’re gonna learn so much from this, our system is such a mess, a number of people are living paycheck to paycheck, waiting tables until almost 30, really our ancestors, before the depression, they always put money away

you put money away for a rainy day, you’d have food stored, that was just common sense, seduced over 20th century to become consumerist

everything’s convenient, all at our finger tips, people froze to death in their condos, that is crazy, how ironic is that that that would happen

we’ve really lost ourselves, what I see is a silver lining hopefully is that, this becomes a time where we really start to grow up and become really independent and proactive in terms of taking the bull by the horns, taking care of our bodies, not indulging

just had such a bad day so I deserve this

all well and good, does catch up with you, food out there is really harming people so we need to take that into our own hands

I’m all about the individual, and community, but the right community

don’t want to be put in with a bunch of people I have nothing in common with

I think we’re gonna see more communities coming together to grow food

local is great, people used to have gardens, animals, chicken, goats, cow, pigs,

stuff got canned, maybe we can have more of that

love the idea of city gardens, some speaker from detroit at a conference, you know what we do with empty lots we til them

entirely doable, maybe we’ll see more of that out of necessity

SH: Stiener, virus, extretion of poison from a cell, small pox, the poison is fear, that’s very interesting, I’ve heard a number of people say corona is really a mind virus, stiener said, the poinse is the fear, once he has eradicated the fear, he would be able to help others with small pox

florence nighengale, famous nurse, wasn’t afraid, had no fear, that’s why she never got infected, never got sick, power of the mind, mushrooms have been teaching me, the power of our minds, that is that the snake charmers, in india, men and women, in order to handle these deadly poisonous snakes, they had to eradicate the fear, the women never got bit, some times the men, it would be an ego thing, had to prove they could do it, they would get, in those times, when they were very hyper disciplined, had completely eradicated any kind of fear, they could be in this very calm state and connect with that snake, and hold it without getting bit

very interesting, rudoph stiener, genious, could see spirits, clairvoyant, claircognization,

biodynamic farming, lectures stiener gave at waldorph schools, theosophy movement

spiritual science, anthroposophy, combining wisdom of ancients with science, he did not see viruses as something you catch, excretions of the poisoned cell, electricity, that changed nature changed our body systems dramatically, we didn’t have electricity before that, radio waves, a whole new frequency we were not accustomed to, health went down at that time, as that increases it will limiit human kinds ability to be human and to be spiritually connected, so much of this technology is doing as well, our cells are poisoned, from all these vaccines, all the garbage in the food, environmental toxins, the piece around fear

so imprisoned in this conditioning we’ve received, constantly looking outside of ourselves for everything

look at the associations, all these doctors being paraded out, they’ve got the white coats, the badge, uniform, it’s a costume, associations with that, conditioned to look to that person as our authority, what they advocate is downright harmful

not just cause they’re not eating right, the power of our own minds, we’ve barely tapped what we are capable of

this is what the mushroom has shown me, we are magical beings if you will

we always have been, at some point, as each race was taken over, by this roman machine if you will, civil system, all about enslavement, the elders would be murdered, the young would be raised under the umbrella of that narrative, aftera couple generation there goes the story, the wisdom, connection to the ancestors, creator gods gone,

if they don’t realize that they are holding tremendous power, they’ll never realize that power, they never will, that’s non sense that’s nothing, so it shall be

I have done a number of my own experiments in my own life, the power of my own mind, what’s hilarious is, this just occurred to me this past fall, I’ve had a life time, aries woman, very sort of go go go, suffered from chronic worry for the better part of my life, crippling self doubt, I think that’s what they call anxiety, would never occur to medicate, I gotta figure this out

mushroom help me realize the power of my own mind, I’ve been conjuring, and what I want to do now is bring that out into the great world in terms of what I’m conjuring and invisioning, frequency as well, using earth technologies like a labyrinth or round towers of ireland, stone circles are earth technologies, we have so much within us it

its’ in the mind, our minds have been so hacked, you want to talk about detox, start with the media, get a way from that, it takes over the mind

saying, you can’t serve two masters, either ceaser or god

internet has taken over people consciousness, people go right to their device, that has become their consciousness in a way, it just occurred to me

the power of the mind, it’s untapped

SH: put your hands in the garden soil, let that dirt get in your finger nails, that how we used to fend off any kind of disease or illness, exposing ourselves to all the microbes and all of that, get those ferments into your diet, yogurt, sour krout, coconut yogurt, probiotics, beat cavas, tonic, all of these foods have been apart of humanity’s diet in various forms for millennia, it was how we preserved our food, we fermented it, gave us strong guts, vigorous health, first order of business

cut out all sugar, that includes alcohol, that’s got to go

lot of different diets, I look to grandmother wisdom foods, broth would be a really good thing to have in your diet

chicken broth, jewish penicillin,

broth would wake the dead, fed to people on death bed, nursed back to health, through broth loaded with minerals taken into the body

if you’re vegan, than do seaweed broth, sea minerals, certainly help you

beeler broth, in the back of nourishing traditions, sally fallon’s book, compendium of grandmother wisdom foods, there’s that,

people have addictions, so addicted to a lot of these salty fast foods

so again this is boy are we in grow up time, we are in grow up time

we’re gonna have to be really proactive and manage our own health

there’s another old saying, govern yourself lest ye be governed

do you want the cdc and who to dictate what you should do what your body

sovereign can no longer make excuses for his failures

this is about being autonomous, gaining that second education

being proactive, do some research, do your research

always say look to nature and the ancients as your teacher

you wont be led astray you just wont

also suggest, go on youtube and type in the top 10 logical fallacies, fallacious arguments, get those all the time

go on triviumeducation.com, start learning the basics of the trivium, grammar, logic, rhetoric, critical thinking have to reactivate that

remember when people are in fear, you can’t access reason, how are you going to make any intelligent decisions, how are you gonna know when to question the narrative

detox from that media, smart people just don’t see through it, I’m just incredulous

have to start doing just that

align yourself with other people who have eyes to see and ears to hear, who are not readily easily seduced who are coming up with their own innovative solutions

I really think the community garden thing is so key

look to our ancestors

Joel Salatin, I do read his blog, today, listen my goodness, before the depression hit, artificially constructed, people had great common sense, always had extra food, larder, that’s a place where you do canning, you keep the bounty of what you grew over the summer,

hopefully see more after this shit show clears, more communities people coming together, growing food, saving seeds, learning basic know

Sweet Sage, Micro Chinampas, SUV Wheel Barrows and More Land Lessons TPP252

Play

In this episode I share more land lessons and updates focusing on a stainless steel sink to aquaculture conversion, sweet sage, and more

My Non Verbatim Show Notes:

Rural farmsteading survival retreat project

using a salvaged dual basin giant commercial grade stainless steel sink, its a dream micro green seed starting, and potentially micro chinampa aquaculture, microcosm of the earth experiment

post plastic in horticulture, eliminate vectors of carcinogens, goddess knows what other ungoddessly things go into these colors, mixtures

supply chains of plastics, stuff coming from less regulated countries, its really problematic, toxic, I don’t trust it I don’t like it, it’s hideous, eye sore, feel negative vibrations coming from this ill gotten material

I’m a purist or snob, so be it, spiritual purification, karmic purification, the more local, the more organic, the more fashioned with hand tools the better

algo of trained permaculturalist, there’s a frame work of how ethical, how toxic, everything has a different ranking in ways of analyzing and assessing the threat vector

anything stainless steel is gold, to me its worth more than gold for my purposes, who knows I have to look in to culinary applications of gold, maybe it is superior, in any case when I say this unused by salvaged, stainless steel giant sink, it’s a monster, its great

if you can imagine this, guided meditation here, could be a system that could literally actually provide for a huge percentage of my food intake, calorie, macro nutrient, micro nutrient

excited to see how much production I can get out of the system, journey of imagining

I don’t know how many gallons but basically probably like between 2-4 cubic feet of space in each basin, several cubic feet of water in basins, then there’s a couple inches, probably a good 2 to 3 maybe 4 square feet of space on either side of the basins, like a table top, but there’s this lip that comes up the top, you could fill the basins,

water would go above the basins, extra couple of inches that spans the left and right, higher flat surfaces, that makes two different depths, so much like what you’re wanting to do in designing a full size pond, mimic natural earth formations, the outer perimeter gradation of shallow areas, different plants like different levels of depth of water

so the more gradations of shelves in a pond constructed, designer pond the better so that you can actually have plantings at different levels

in this case with that two inch area at either side of the basins that’s where you can have micro greens that are subirrigated

if you keep water level topped off, two big shallow ends and two big deep ends, the seed starting can happen in the thin shallow area

being post plastic, I’m thinking those little tera cotta pots, putting sand in the submerged part, then potting soil or seed starting mix above the water level, it will be consistently moist but will not drown the roots

giving them a gradation, from total submersion to moist, to drier as you get towards the top of the organic growing medium, soil, compost or sifted mix

that’s gonna be a hedge against the dry climate where, nursery in a climate this dry, desiccating winds, draw moisture away, this buys time you have time to take trips away, its a reservoir

that your growies are in

I first saw this done probably back in 2009 at a friends farm where they had a green house, subirrigation set up, lot of seedlings in those 4 inch plastic pots

I mostly used plastic, long storage trays those have worked well, though in the sun, plastic is a problem, if it’s getting beaten by the sun, it just turns to peanut brittle, it just breaks apart

this is a dream come true, to have this sink thing to work with, pulled it out of a trash heap, dusted her off

it’s got some holes, doesn’t have legs, not in ideal places, but got it hoisted up and next thing will be to experiment with a non toxic way of patching these holes

I’ll leave it a surprise, it may be a laughable embarrassing experiment, I’ll spare myself the humiliation, if it works I’ll be very proud to announce it

you could do so many things to have the most hygienic toxin free growing set up and you’ll end up using some component of some kind, for plumbing, or irrigation or patching something and you’re introducing another, no matter how hard you try , even the rubber sink stoppers you lose a point on that

unless if what I’m trying to do seal the holes works, I can use it on the stoppers

I’m not trying to be hypochondriac, or super neurotic, I’m just at a point where it’s more about art, there’s an artisanship, a standard of integrity I want to now aspire to, slow down to a pace of where I’m not trying to cut corners

I’ve grown food in buckets, feed chickens with road cones, I remember what those things smelled like after a day in the sun, I’m over it, no I’m over it, it’s worth it to have a this more refined and elegant experience

if I want to have a healing center where people go to experience nourishment at a higher standard, also the alchemy the intention, it matters

eliminating those variables I’m ready for it

whatever excuses I had before, urban guerrilla gardening, everything’s salvaged from the waste stream

this is an opportunity

to be a more refined more mature

moving on to other things

it was nice to have already prefabricated perfectly sized sifting apparatus, hardware cloth, about ½ square grid, more sturdy, and smaller cell mesh

mainly sifting compost so you can get smaller grain material

so seedlings, sprouts don’t have to work too hard to push around, they’ll do it they’ll break through concrete, but why not make it easier

the feel the joy of sifting compost, spiritual alchemy, really a nice meditation to do that, go through that process,

there’s this deluxe, almost double the size of the volume of a normal wheel barrow, two wheels, still tilts up and down, one of the most ergonomic , it’s like an suv or a truck, of a wheel barrow

this sifter that was already made, a frame of one by one, I don’t know where you would see them, almost like, more like 1.5, a little more than 1 inch, about the width of the stake if you were to imagine the stakes that go through a vampires heart, like the ones in Lost Boys, 1x1s or there abouts

looks like a window frame, some people add extra hardware or extra miter cuts to make it more sturdy

sifter just drops on top of the suv wheel barrow so you can shovel loads of compost on it

lift, shape, rubbing circles, instant breast massage training system, is it just me am I just a pervert? Or am I doing the Mr. Miyagi, wax on wax off version of tantra, could be a breasts, could be a gay butt massage, I’ve done it all

any time you have a chance to sift compost it will up your game in the bedroom and on the massage table

enjoy that process and know you’re being a part of the care that’s gonna make whatever you plant very happy, whatever seeds you’re trying to grow, you’re doing them a favor

I do believe I stumbled on a couple of mullein plants, I won’t give a huge discourse on mullein , I’ve used in herbal cigarettes, helps to quit smoking

kicking the habits of nicotine cigarettes, what to still have the ritual, I’ve had herbalist friends, lovers, who’ve done amazing jobs with transitional herbal cigarettes, they’d argue beneficial for the lung, certainly not as harmful or addictive, I enjoyed it, it was uplifting, adding value in a way more holistic sense

people are gonna smoke weed, why not through in some other herbal ingredients

I’ll have to have someone on to talk about it sometime

I’ve phased in and out of smoking cigarettes, at least since 2016, 2017, its been a couple years at least since I could no longer stomach cigarettes at all, I’ll tell that story another time

mullein it’s an amazing fuzzy soft totally adorable, stoked to find that, and encourage that and look for it in other places,

also very exciting there are at least 2 or more varieties of sage

mexican sage, I’ve worked with it before in my landscaping career, been able to score a bunch of it, it’s weird, when you burn as a smudge, it actually kinda smells in a good way like tobacco if you have any affections towards it, I do

I don’t like the smell of what smokers end up smelling like and I was one of them, it’s not like the ash tray smell, it’s the best of the aromatics of tobacco smell,

doesn’t seem to be used as a smudge, but because I came up on a bunch, I thought I’d try it, it’s definitely not like the epic white sage, which I will be planting on the land

so mexican sage, that’s there

I was told, this other variety, was called sweet sage, I feel like someone just told me there’s another planet in the galaxy and the planet is even more lush than earth, discovering this sage, it really upstages white sage, the why it smells, alive on the bush and also the smudge factor of it, I don’t know how I’ve never encountered it before, never even heard of it before, to me it’s the earth’s fucking best kept secret, the most epic, beyond white sage, smudgable, I’ll have to look into it’s other uses

I’m sure the natives really made the most out of this plant, it’s amazing

I have to book up on the latin names, and actually I have somebody I will be asking about it next week, who is an absolute geek expert on all things california native sage

hopefully you’ll love it as much as I do and steward it’s natural habitat and want it to flourish

if you love white sage like I love white sage, and you could imagine that it’s possible that something could even take you further into that realm of absolute heart melting love of a plant for its properties, of purification of the mind, the smoke of it, the smell of it

probably one of the bigger highlights

there’s more on my list which is great, I could rush and try to cram in a bunch more, but I’m going to take my time

so be it, I hope its not torturous to hear me wax poetic about this permaculture stuff, hopefully it gets you excited about exploring your neighborhood more, no excuse not to get immersed in wildness, participate in nature by gardening

thank you for joining me as I expound upon my new loves in this ecological romance, I’ll try to do this at least once a week depending on what else is lined up

definitely at least once a week, the list grows everyday, hopefully I’ll never be caught up, and I’ll never feel rush to cram and short change any of these fun and exciting things

again I want to exercise the imagination, so many times in a day when I think about when I was trying to pump my numbers on social media,

when I was addicted to social media posting, I’m so glad I’m not abusing every moment, just me, no offense, me talking about my own experience

as a primitivist I’m supposed to not be into technological mediation, doesn’t mean I’m not gonna use computers, the internet, but I’m not gonna drink all the kool-aid at once

I used to post so many pictures of lots of cool stuff, but I’m going to use this opportunity to exercise the imagination, and the ability to verbally describe

healthy, deeper, more beautiful practice to a be a story teller

maybe someday you’ll visit and see with your own eyes, or discover in your own vicinity, value to verbalize this stuff rather than just spoon feeding it out with photographs

following up with comments, they deserve the best, but I think there’s a more elegant place to be in and I’m enjoying it and it’s working my imaginal, and descriptive and literary muscles, I hope you’re as in love with live as I am

Daily Podcasting As a Path of Liberation from the Rat Race TPP234

Play

Tree Kissing

In this episode I announce my intention to publish daily podcasts!

Here are my (non-verbatim) notes:

Daily podcast intended for years

all in divine timing, probably is

when I first had the idea to do almost daily podcast, look back at who I was, maturity level, wasn’t that long ago, but at this moment I feel more refined and more comfortable with what I intend to represent, what I have been digesting and composting and pruning in terms of my ego and aspirations

a few years from now I’ll look back and say I should have waited til I was more mature, but the genie is out of the bottle now

the survival podcast, started listening sub 100 episodes, was able to binge all the way to the beginning, my beloved at the time, we kind of eloped together, without getting married actually, but moving in together living together, a little over 10 years ago now

both had been punk but we not preppers, squatters, travelers, train hoppers to some extent, that was the vibe, mad max, radical self sufficient, traveling crusters, by whatever mode of travel had to become very cunning resourceful urban survivalists, survivalists in own right as traveling punks, in different manners throughout our youth

I remember it clearly now, giving the history of what led up to why the daily podcast is the right to do, a million reasons I could tell myself this is not the right thing to do, I’ll put my foot in my mouth, but I’m not gonna listen to the voice of fear

we lived together, tried to break out of the punk ghetto, she was more successful than me, the women I love and make love to are often more successful than me, it’s been the case, and it’s been humbly, so we were living together we were surviving together, in some ways thriving

but undertaking for her to uproot to live with me in so cal, that was really, one of those things you do in your 20s kinda thing, hopefully, not to say that that’s wrong, but…

her dad’s thesis on his daughter having “fuck you money” to be able to leave a toxic relationship, family wisdom, any circumstance where you need to “bug out”

she made much more money than that $500 fuck you budget money, but we did talk about that, the relationship was a project to practice loving arts, it was an open relationship, had some beautiful moments where that was expressed

it was a beautiful time, a blissfully ignorant and painfully ignorant time

she was slightly tortured by my obsession with the survival podcast which is just the most, bitter sweet thing sometimes, but mostly sweet but sometimes bitter sweet

she was into my enthusiasm for getting more deeply into our prepping strategies, that was the time of the financial collapse, I remember the moment I went on line to find a survival podcast, news stories about successful upper middle class families, murder suicide pacts of parents to killselves and children because of threat of losing their house and their comfortable life style, stories like this every, horrific, extreme madness and violence around losing this ill-gotten homes, I’m not a scholar on it, I just remember the feeling at the time, didnt have a clue about the financial bullshit going on, but on the news headlines like that, but one story that got me searching for survival, there was a family who had a mini van that they did their commuting in and someone had cut the fuel line, ciphoned the gas out of the tank, the next day the family turn on the car and it blew up and they all died, that struck fear into my heart and that was 4 years before 2012, I was into the time wave, terrence mckenna

feelings of helplessness and foolishness around survival strategies, this is how apocalyptic it was, I remember the gas prices, everyone remembers that, its fuckin mad max, that was what the whole premise was based on or, go-juice I think that’s what dennis hopper called it water world, I could be wrong, or incorrect, hahah

long story long, when I felt that way I searched for a podcast on survival, I found a few that seem to have faded out or weren’t that great, then I found the survival podcast, the best, daily episodes, his marketing strategy as a professional marketer was that in order to a part of people’s rhythm in life you wan tto be there on a daily basis, be there while they’re at the gym, commuting, doing the dishes, doing a hobby if you can entertain and educate, and be consistent, he’s one of the few people who made it a daily exercise, he suffered greatly, sleep was sacrificed to a degree, there was a lot of road rage involved, that was over 10 years ago, so I’ve been what they call a tsp-er, for all these years, I for damn sure someday better have something to show for it, with all due respect to myself, there have been times where I felt like was an exemplary student of the podcast, given the resources I had, playing the game of actually implementing the reasonable practical and no excuse, doing everything by the book according to a methodology that he synthesized from service in the military, corporate executive, entrepreneur, understanding procedures and protocols, how to be taught, how to teach, really effectively instill very practical skills and philosophies into people in a very efficient manner, very effective

anyone who listens to the podcast in their hearts wants to look in the mirror and say to yourself, want to know subconsciously that I’m not half assing the very critically important reasonable balanced, sane rational obligatory fundamental basic of really being an adult if you want a look at it, being a survivalist is being an adult, I could paraphrase, I don’t want to get into the beloved modern survival philosophies right now, I just want to pay that homage, his daily podcast has been a part of my daily life for over a decade, we want to say I’m not half assing the instructions i’ve been given, to me it’s the heart and soul of divine masculinity without the pretense of the new-ageyness

so he also did a side series all about how to launch your own business and build your own brand, getting established so that you can start to build your crypto currency portfolio, get out of debt, make wise purchasing decisions, get financially savvy, ultimately get access to land where you can really develop your survival retreat or your bug out location, all along having your bug out vehicle, your bug out bag, being prepared to bug in or shelter in place

I’m feeling back in to that time when I started listening every fuckin day, that as a daily spiritual practice, and without being woo-woo, he may not have said this world but ritual, ritual and routine is semantic, tony robbins talks about rituals

there’s a couple other daily podcasts I listen to, mostly its been his, almost every other podcast I listen to which is a lot has been weekly, some maybe twice a week, but most weekly, that’s a good rhythm, but there’s something magical that happens that he tapped into

having so many episodes so well documented with meticulous show notes to where everything is searchable

I don’t think you have too much, just continue to add layers of complexity and depth

gift of gab, and explore the possibility of having enough love from your devotees of listeners that they could help crowd source your liberation from working for the man, you quit your day job, making this your daily contribution to the world, knowing it’s changing lives, saving lives

if you have the ability to be a thought leader, that doesn’t capture it for me, I would say podcast shaman that’s what I feel like he and other folks have done, medicine people, bringing the medicine through this format, different types not claiming necessarily to be that, but effectively being that, the better way is to no call yourself a shaman but to be called a shaman

thinking back to playing it every day with my beloved, I would put a laptop in the car and play it from the laptop so we could both hear it on the way to where I dropped her off then split off

we both derived value, we made a video, a friend of ours going to college for photo journalism class, one of the assignments was to create a small photo journal book, she asked to document my current project, so have have a video and photo journal documentary of our emergency evacuation drill, depicts all of the prepping strategies we had cultivated

we wanted to do a bug out drill where we did every part of a multi page checklist, bug out to secret mountainous retreat location, wild edibles, fresh water, shelter, and sweet spot safe from crazies, cops, yuppies, and the gangsters, those are what you gotta watch out for

we had it figured out, where we were gonna go if shit hits the fan, what we were gonna take, how much water, checklists like unplugging everything from our warehouse artist loft

we wanted to our drill, wanted to test it, a lot of people just buy prepping gear, they don’t test it they don’t use it, they don’t force themselves to rely on it, for me and her for each other, our survival podcast early day’s graduation, it was a class project, completely ungraded, unacknowledged class project, I think that’s what a lot of people do when they fall in love with a podcast and receive guidance

we documented It, the story of the shit hitting our fan so to speak, in terms of the apocalypse and collapse of relationship in it’s localized form, we’re still lovers but in a different way, not sure if she kept listening to the podcast every day, but she appreciated it and she loved me and she loved the empowerment of what we were doing, but I stuck with it and I feel like being unsuccessful is not an option, being continously more successful and more intelligently successful, if I say to any other tsp-er that I’ve been listening for that many years, they’re gonna expect a lot from me, not just a cult or a club or an ego thing, it’s really like, you have no fuckin excuse to be ignorant of so many things that are critical to being an adult in growing the fuck up and being a grown ass man in this world.

And you’re not gonna get that from a weekend retreat of any kind, there’s more there, I should do the service, not the disservice to say is that tsp is a daily podcast that a for over a decade, it’s a living permaculture design in action

the point I’m trying to make is that, its beyond one male ego, it’s beyond himself, it is the skillful integration of the collective wisdom of an entire global nation, a global tribe, of people who are skilled in all the areas you’d want to be autonomous, self sufficient, self reliant, anti fragile

not trying to be an informercial for that podcast, just an opportunity to go down memory lane, to remind myself if I have something to say and feel its important, and not just be me but interview other people, and create a pantheon, of not just thought leaders but people who are really deep and really sincere, on point on a level where they’re ready to give back and ready to up level other people based on what they’ve accomplished, so compounding, so much value in the way that you can elegantly leverage for the benefit of everyone’s coming up in this world, take that sampling of people who are on point with what they’re doing and just keep that going, the magic of the daily ritual, the routine, the magic of a daily podcast that is quality, increasing because no body starts out sounding perfect, that can always evolve, what matters is the soul of the solo episode monologue, the soul of the interview, the soul of the round table, you can feel that

its almost a cliché that to be a podcaster doesn’t mean that you’re broke in your career, it just means it’s a labor of love

it’s not a side effect of tsp daily podcast that he was able to make his incoming be primarily based on the fruits of a daily podcast, very few people have achieved that

she shows how to do this and be successful financially, not just pat yourself on the back and not make a penny, you don’t have to reverse engineer it you can just engineer it because he wrote the fucking manual on it and gave it away for free

he laid out meticulous specifications for his success

so I’m going to, from now on, make some sacrifices and do my best to consistent at higher frequency of publishing content

I’m gonna have to be more diplomatic, I don’t want to be a people pleaser, I don’t everyone to be a bubble person, in terms of not having thick skin, I don’t want to be afraid to offend people, I don’t want to walk on egg shells, but there’s a level of diplomacy that I want to maintain

you mask your authenticity when you behave in a diplomatic manner when you behave towards a plurality of very extreme people in extreme circumstances, I will have to listen back, and edit what comes out of my mouth

its an undertaking, again 5 years from now I’ll probably be kicking myself

but hopefully that 5 years from now I’ll not be working or commuting for anybody else, I’ll be developing my own homestead as he has, I’m a pretty extreme frugal minimalist, and I’ve dialed myself in to a point where all of my endeavors financially can scale, based on an elegant design that has taken years to develop, starting to get traction and really compound, and I have implemented the modern survival philosophy and practicum at various scales and I just want to be a good student, that’s a fair balance aspiration and it goes back to me getting straight a’s in college, wasn’t always my academic attitude, but when I loved a teacher I wanted to show them my respect by implementing full assed what their hard earned wisdom bestowed upon me

and this isn’t my first podcast, at least two before

if you build it they will come, if you can garden that audience, build a brand, provide quality content, or fade out and quit and don’t succeed, right now I’m at a point where I owe it to myself after all these years, lets just say, like they do with the 12 step program, 1 day at a time, one chip at a time, build on your successes

when I was given my tantric devi sadana, daily mantra assignment from my modernish guru, you have to say it for a minimum of 40 days every day, dont expect results right away but do it and be disciplined with it, and study the results, so I think it’s worthwhile at this point to study the results of accelerating the release schedule of the podcast

and I have an important announcement that I’m keeping secret for the moment, it will be days or weeks but not months before I make the announcement that gives context for why the daily podcast will be happening

I’ll just withhold for now, I’m gonna have continence of the mouth, I’m going to practice word retention

its pretty much a 100% certainty, a very exciting announcement will be made very shortly, and there will be a million times more value and more enrichment and enchantment to this podcast happening on an almost daily basis maybe for a month, a year, may be indefinitely but the context is about to get so much better, not just the audio quality but that is a factor

I don’t want to give it away so I’m just gonna leave it at that

so I guess I will ask you to wish me love and ask you to step up and let me know if there are topics that you’d like to have covered, if they’re questions that you have, I’m going to be begging for folks to load me up with more material for segments, there are a number of segments that I have been collecting, I’ve got spreadsheets with a ridiculous amount of material that’s been boiling over to create daily segments, massive database, I’ll be kind of working through that, things like tantric world news, I’ve been collecting that stuff, and just because of my lack of prioritization of a daily podcast it becomes old news, piling up headlines, but I’ve got it all there, still think that’s important to be brought up to speed, that can be a segment, eventually people contributing to it, and also who knows I am of the generation of Wayne’s World and they had all kinds of segments that made it more charming and endearing, where you get more excited about the parts you love the most, it could be more commentary before and after an interview, if take that leap of faith to really religiously moon light this podcast on a daily basis to where it begins to eclipse the revenue coming in from other less desirable but still honorable sources of revenue, then, the craft as a daily grind that’s elegant, and very sustainable, its gonna get to really evolve and develop and deepen and I may be more ready for this 5 years from now, because I will have matured more and refined more, but I feel like this is the year to not hold back, and if you’re gonna get off the boat you better go all the way, kinda thing

give myself permission to not be so shy, another spirit I will invoke, jack burton of the pork chop express, kurt russell in big trouble in little china, which is one of the most influential sci fi fantasy east asian martial arts odysseys of spirituality, cosmology, and mythology, profound film disguised as a campy comedy, one of the many magical endearing things, the pork chop express, kurt russell with cb radio doing a proto podcast not knowing who he was talking to, probably had people chiming in, just driving, philosophizing, expounding, processing , of course you have that guy in my development, you have of even greater gravitas was pump up the volume and christian slater, I was profoundly moved by pump up the volume where he’s a punk rock pirate radio dj, where he was on every night, either for 5 minutes or 5 hours, now in 2020 you don’t need to be doing pirate radio, and you don’t have to be truck driver on your cb radio, you can be a globally distributed mp3 based, another beautiful thing about the open internet, sure I could be deplatformed, black holed, by the centralized platforms, but I can still spin up a server and crank out an rss feed so that anyone in a decentralized, anarchic, free and open source manner, using protocols free and open to all, a podcast is resilient, and can survive the iron grip of centralized platforms, deplatforming people for whatever reason, that’s one reason why I deleted apps, a number of other things

in the spirit of going dark or at least stepping away, not to insult or judge anybody, or to impugn I’ll be diplomatic, I don’t want to impugn any platform or service, that I’ve used, but there is a quintessential ancient tantric resonance with the idea that okay, here’s me, I’m in my fucking cave, singing my mantras, spouting my rhetoric, with my version of the scriptures, and my interpretation and life experience at a certain point, if I’m just in my cave holding my ceremonies and my satsangs and inviting my friends, its not exclusive, but it’s not imposing on other people so much, it’s not putting it people’s faces, there’s a grace in getting to a point where I’m content if people listen, I’m content if people don’t listen, I’m not discontent if people don’t listen, I’m in that state where I don’t feel its appropriate to spam people, or just over saturate people in the more benign sense or hype people, there’s certain grace, maybe people will say hey shut up you’re podcasting too much, but I’m not gonna be cluttering your social media feeds, if I’m in your feeds its because you shared my content or someone shared it with you but it’s not gonna be because I said hey look at me, give me free attention, I will just be here in my cyber himalayan tantric cave, and ocassionaly having fun with some consorts in that cave, and kissing and telling, and just doing my thing, I’m not gonna inappropriately be trying to bend the terms and conditions of platforms that don’t want adult content of any kind to be present, I’m gonna respect that, I’m going to excuse myself, here’s the explicit tag and take it or leave it, share it or don’t share it

getting back to the roots of internet marketing, and permaculture, here’s a nugget, perennial vegetables, perennial plant stock that produces yields year after year with one planting, and will outlive you in a lot of cases and will require multi generation stewardship, that’s perennial design, permanent culture, permanent agriculture, framework of perennial supporting the annuals, and everything in between, quite a bit of diversity in that range

for content do I want to be creating posts that don’t even get indexed by search engines, I’m I gonna have anxiety when my posts don’t keep up with the jones’ of other people’s posts? That process is seriously demoralizing and depleting and it’s not scaleable, Gary Collins another podcast guru of mine, who talks about basically digitally detoxed from that social media rat race and have it be the best decision ever made, to focus on what he’s doing, and share that, do minimal promotion as needed, not be a slave to it, paraphrasing, feeling into that wisdom, it’s not just luddism, it’s becoming a life and death things, for children it already is, how your brain is gonna be wired, compulsions, addictions to a device, I destroyed all of that, I’m not even addicted to my crypto portfolio app, I’m free from the addiction and a lot of people are not, just talking about me, my sense of things, my experience, I lived it, it tore me up, I made some impact, I had some numbers of 100s of 1000s of this and that, but I was sick of being a slave to the maintenance of it and I feel it it was not scaleable

so there you have it, I will not be imposing it, I’ll be doing it daily as a ritual and do my best to maintain high quality of audio, guests, segments, and see where that takes me, as long as possible

I will fell it, I won’t say I’ll feel bad, stressed, or beat myself up, but I’ll feel it if I miss a day, because what was happening on that day that was so important that I couldn’t take the time to do this, I mean I feel like I could be having the best fucking sex and best day of my life in the most beautiful place in the world or having the greatest trip or the greatest trippiest sex in the greatest place in the world and I should at least be able to record a podcast and release it the day after as long as I have a connection

wish me luck, and stay connected, course correct me if I get out of line, I’m very open to feedback, where it’s the first episode you’ve listened to or one of quite a number, I appreciate you and don’t be a stranger, don’t be a stranger

if you want to connect, you’re invited to connect, whether to be a guest, or submit content for review, or even record a segment, you could record a question and send it in, but why not record a segment, this is a big tent, I want to be between playboy magazine and howard stern, diversity of topics, if I could be the tantric feminist howard stern I think the world would be an even better place than it already is, a bit of george carlin thrown in there if I can dare to come to his knees with wit and humor and satire and radicalism, but if you have something that you have studied or researched or your own story and you don’t feel comfortable to be interviewed, if you don’t have your website, links, bio photo, whatever else it takes to feel qualified, you could be anonymous, you could be pseudononymous, you be satoshi nakamoto and just send me anything you want that contributes value and is pure hearted an in alignment, definitely want to just open it up and there will be plenty of space for you to occupy at whatever level that you desire, so by all means, step up, and let’s grow together, namaste

Grace Diaz Pic
In this episode I’m joined again by the illustrious Grace Diaz for an exploration of her adventures and battles online and in Las Vegas as she brings the glory and wildness of the Goddess where she’s needed the most. She shares her frustrations with being betrayed by fellow exotic dancers who sabotage her rise to glory, and her unexplained unexpected deplatforming by Y00T00B.

She’s working hard to raise consciousness and intends to form a union of empowered exotic dancers in Las Vegas. We discuss some different governance and business models exemplified by various women led sex worker organizations and brainstorm on how best to move forward in a good way. It’s definitely a revolution that’s time has come, and we deeply resonate on the value of the healing magic of tantra and the need for it to be accessible in modernized legit goddess temples. The patriarchal bullying that Vegas is based on will be subverted by conscious yoni and heart centered activism.  We cover all of these topics and many more!

About Grace:

My passion of healing began at the age of ten, when my father, a Reiki Master of 20 years initiated me as a Reiki Master in Medellin, Colombia. For years after arriving back to the United States, I began teaching Usui Reiki all over the east coast.

Reiki lead me to Tantra. I was introduced to Shakti-Pakti-Tantric-Yoga by my Guru Tafari Sudra, in 2011, and it allowed me to heal my 10-year eating disorder. Our organization, YONI GRACE, LLC was birthed in 2012 when I felt the burning need to share the wisdom I was experiencing through Yoni Breathing.

In 2012 Grace began distributing Yoni Eggs wholesale worldwide and teaching thousands of women how to run a Yoni Egg business from home!

Grace hosts Yoni events in the Las Vegas area and internationally. In 2016, she was privileged to be hosted in Istanbul, Turkey. There, Grace and 35 Muslim women participated in a weekend workshop of the Yoni Egg practice with Yoni Yoga. Her classes are one of a kind and focus on helping women embrace their innate sensual wisdom for spiritual and physical wellness.

but I decided I definitely want to read this to really put the context in here because with with it that the merging of the technology space in the adult industry space and actually to give a little bit of backstory on this we connected now it’s been about 4 years or so since first actually started putting out a press release and seeking really advisement and consult consultation within the the the pr companies within the adult industry to see if there was any possibility to get some traction doing this sort of shamanic pornography and feminist porn kind of brand that I’ve been trying to develop mixing my music and video production and ethics and politics into media and so I have really been kind of putting The Feelers out into the space and Brian gave me some feedback back in the day and we have serendipitously reconnected recently and so I thought why not let’s have a butt supposed to connect in in this podcast domain and again I’m astounded by what he’s accomplished in some of the parallels in our Journeys here so I’m just going to go ahead and read the about page and then we’ll get started with the interview so Jared is BSG public relations takes a precise and strategic executive producer for Rio TX the search for Adam and Eve his background includes all facets of public and media relations working with some of the largest businesses celebrities and music acts in the world Brian thank you so much for joining me on the podcast and please tell us all about your personal Journey how did you get into this position of such influence and expertise school is my senior year and I’m a I’m a big Sports person as well and I was not good enough to make the varsity basketball team but wound up helping out with the younger teams and I want to getting fired for verbally assaulting a referee who completely screwed up a game and all of a sudden I had free time and I literally took out my CD collection which I know that sounds so funny in this day and age but went through it and started calling record labels and pretty much got blown off by many of them because I was a senior in high school they were looking for college kids and one label an independent label def American the girl who answered the phone was in the PR department and she still one of my best friends to the stay cuz she called she I said come in for an interview and before I knew it I was driving after school three days a week from Newbury Park California to Burbank to make press kits and learn all about the music industry well that is exciting so what were some of the what what are some of the bands in an album is like what were you into at the time I was definitely a classic rock kid a NuWave and I just wasn’t you know I was sort of what the radio fed me so you know I hadn’t really branched out as far as my music likings were concerned and you know early 90s you know 90 to 91 92 you realize just how there was no such a divided because you know really popular stuff was extremely poppy you were on the end of sort of the metal era you had this grunge thing happening you had this sort of underground music thing happening you had punk rock obviously happening but I grew up in the suburbs and and it just didn’t resonate with me at the time you know then you go to a record label and you start going through the CDs and you just start this massive Discovery and bands walk in and you meet people and you spend time with artists and musicians and it just completely through open a world that I was you know I was aware but I wasn’t aware to that extent and it was pretty exciting to just see the variety especially at this specific record label the variety of of music that was being put out and and how exciting it was awesome so from there so what how to tell us the story of how you evolved from the doing stuff mostly in the music and more and more General entertainment business into the adult industry which I see you have a lot of accolades from so I I mean I work my way up in the record industry from 93 to 99 I I was took a couple internships than an assistant job than a West Coast tour tour publicist West Coast Regional tour publicist job and then I saw what master was doing and I realized you know as a as a low man on the totem pole in the satellite office for record label I better figure something out and literally fell in my lap where two people one of which had this specific that had this position and and the other was the brother of the owner of the company hit me up and said hey you know you should interview for this job that’s going to open up to be the head of PR and marketing for a company called Vivid which I was obviously very familiar with as a young male and so the money was a lot more and the opportunity was there and it was just one of those things I was 23 and I wasn’t going to say no I couldn’t pass it up so I became the head of PR and marketing for Vivid Entertainment in the spring of 99 while you were busy absorbing all of this until from the corporate world and very established Enterprises and then you’re building essentially what will become your your own personal company and brand can you tell us about some of the some of the lessons you learned some of the highlights of of your journey along that way if kind of building your own becoming an entrepreneur as opposed to an employee working for Stephen her she had a very hands-off approach you know he wanted me to practice the way I had learned doing publicity at the record labels and bring that same approach to the adult film stars that were under contract with this company and to the company itself so I really had this sort of open book of you no opportunities and and and really just publicizing a a massive brand his thing was don’t spend any money which you know you laugh at but it was pretty when you when you eliminate budgets and you have to be creative that’s that made you have to work relationships in and put ideas out there and look for opportunities that I think in this day and age we wouldn’t even think twice about it but at the time we’re pretty groundbreaking you know so you know what that in mind it just became abaa I learned so much from that that when I went on my own I took sort of his entrepreneurship of run Dino of starting and running a massive adult entertainment company with what I learned is being a publicist and I’m just sort of found my way I had some incredible mentors the forest publicist go ahead incredible mentors who you know I went to when I started my company said how to what am I doing how do I do this you know and they were so giving and and so just easy you know so open Armon and I’m just taught me so much in a really short. Of time to where I was just off and running and getting clients and doing what I’ve been doing what I could I mean for me getting up every day and doing my job isn’t necessarily hard and I think I’m fortunate that I have that s Ellison and work ethic that I know is very challenging for many people but you know I just learned quickly I could get a lot of clients and and synergize and and do a lot for them and and just sort of Broad and from there awesome yeah I’m having flashbacks to reading a book called guerrilla marketing back when I was doing start up stuff and and it really did get a budget mattered so you had to teach you had to be creative and you had to think out-of-the-box so I can I can resonate with that and I remember one of a CEO for a company I work for has said you know the difference if there’s a difference between marketing and PR and marketing is what you say about yourself in PR is what other people say about you and you really really want to have that that perspective that that’s where the third person perspective in your printing and copying in to have it buffering so that the artists and the company’s don’t aren’t doing all of that he’s some kind of damage control I guess you could say and sometimes they just that stuff that Shameless self-promotion that people people can see through it on the on the receiving end and then on the giving end you’d rather not be tooting your own horn so much so it’s a really vital function that you play in the in the ecosystem of have any kind of business and I love to hear about just soap for people who aren’t that well versed in what a publicist does it would appear our company does tell us about the sort of day today and I’m kind of break it down for people who might not know famous for a living right you know the longer sort of breakdown of that is you know celebrities Brands companies hire a publicist to get there messaging in there and what they have to sell out there to the media which is then you know red watched listen to buy hopefully millions and increases sales increases exposure and increases the the growth of of whatever the brand or the company or the person is so it’s an aspect of marketing but it’s solely deals with sort of the public Persona and then obviously the media which radio TV print and online are the four basics of that and obviously they in this day and age you know what you know podcast would kind of be filed under radio but it’s also online it’s audio but there’s there can be a video component that can be a a written component so you have a lot of Lines Blurred when it comes to the media nowadays and I just think for me it’s important for my clients in this day and age there’s so much opportunity there so many ways to get your message out there and you know me and you know my team and and myself we look to find those opportunities finals relationships and and do everything we can for clients to to accomplish the goals that they have female except for us how’s your job gotten more difficult at all or more challenging in the age of social media where you have the potential for celebrities to put their foot in their mouth to and create these Mega backlashes online that you kind of do have to do some some damage control on that do you have any thoughts what the the social media landscape has done for your industry herself you know social media gives you a way to do a more immediate Outreach but sometimes you have to be careful clients have to be careful what they say out there you know what I work more left-of-center stuff where you know I’m not working conservative projects that you know they have to be really careful what they say but certainly at I work with clients that you know we talked about messaging and we talked about what they put out there and make sure we’re on the right we’re on the right track and we’re in agreement and on the right path but I think social media you know I think it’s it’s positive it’s certainly a life-changing things it certainly has changed the landscape of society and and whatnot on a larger scale but you’re not the end of the day we all are just fascinated by other people and they do so it just open doors opens doors in that respect what do you know actually makes me think about how it made some sense you talking about Dimension to have the image of Tower Records on Sunset and I’m just the decline of the record industry and all of the digitization of all kinds of media and how that took a big chunk out of profits for a lot of folks in an industry but when I based on what you were just say no actually realized you might think that the same thing would happen to PR once people could become demigod celebrities on social media by themselves but the reality is they probably need to hire a publicist more than ever because you need that filter right you need that you need someone to advise you on on the strategies of how you express yourself because it’s so easy to just fire something off that just Neo take sweat they say it could take 5 years to build a career in 5 seconds to destroy rights and all I would add to it is you know you need you need someone in my position when you have something that is so public and you need someone that can help you because a lot of times there is a lot of Crisis and a lot of people don’t know what to do and we’ve certainly witnessed over the years when when things go wrong or how you know when things are handled poorly and you know we live at a time where the media is constantly attacked so they’re going to attack that so you want to be on the right side of things and you want you know if you want to handle your media aspect as professionals possible and it’s there are challenges you know I’m not a brain surgeon this isn’t brain surgery by any any respect but it’s an important part of the marketing and sales aspect and the overall brand awareness of who you are and what you’re trying to accomplish yeah I think that was a good real basic intro and overview and just kind of hammers hammers in that this part of the ecosystem of success as a creative artist is not is not going away in or should it and so it was it is a breath of fresh air and I think about it a lot I think about a lot how how to moderate myself and there’s a lot of fear and and hesitation in this climate of you know you can really you can really put your foot in your mouth so I I I think it says probably at yeah it’s it’s been on my mind you know this whole your sector of industry and where it’s at so this is timely for me until I guess I would say to be somewhat selfish for a moment here with the last few minutes I would say that I guess bringing this back to what my my unique value proposition is to the world as my representing myself and my brain really it is I guess it is kind of element in a way I’m saying sexuality and pornography and all forms of of music and art they can all actually be very healing and very therapeutic and there’s almost a bias against that because people sometimes in some sense people want to just have really either extremely kind of edgy entertainment that just gets them off sexually or titillates them or sort of just appeals to that Hollywood sense of just completely not necessarily that intentional or that healing or that spiritual and so there’s kind of a bias against what I’m offering which could be seen his kind of all you’re you’re just a goody-two-shoes you’re kind of a mama’s boy you want people to be meditating and doing yoga and actually it might my sort of reply to that that biases that actually know what what some of the practices that are done in shamanic Sexual Healing Sarah on your work are actually equally if not more extreme and in and actually riveting and and put you on the edge of your seat as is anything that would be considered Gonzo or Triple X Ino Xtreme Hardcore and it really is Hardcore to be doing some of the more spiritual aspects of sexuality so when I I put out a press release I don’t know if that was the one that you saw or if that was a wet what the time frame was around that but I would just say to you do you think there is a niche for what would I would call shamanic pornography or pouring that intense did not only educate but also to promote healing and healing from trauma and and what not yours if not longer you know when I first got in the industry as far as adult entertainment goes is very one-dimensional especially the media coverage and it was all about getting eyeballs because you could use the word pornography in a way that you know people be like oh what what it what are they going to talk about and then then then there was a change in the change happened when media like Vice came along and media like BuzzFeed and and other media that said to a certain extent and we’re not going to just treat this as one-dimensional because it isn’t a one-dimensional discussion it is in a one-dimensional product you know as as the adult industry expanded I found it interesting that the media expanded in their coverage and you have certainly the negatives does the word in general is certainly looked at in a negative way and I rarely use it I say it because of that is once you say that word and it’s you know maybe one day it’ll be changed or looked at not as this glaring sing but as a form of entertainment form of Education a form of you know healing as as you as you work on but the media look to do more coverage and be more multi-dimensional and to what you’re trying to accomplish and what you’re doing what you’re doing and what you’re trying to accomplish to my point is you can find media that’s not easy but you can find people you can find writers you can find me there you can find public entities you can find people that will want to discover what you are doing and will want to make others aware and will want to build the foundation and build a fanbase in and build a unit around it so which is not the issue these days the issues speed of time and the issue is just sort of the you know overwhelming amount of media that we deal with everyday especially in our current political climate where we’re being overdosed with one piece of toxic news after another and end toxic not men the political fashion just met met you know we’re bombarded with different types of briefs and stories and just aspects of life that can that are just so fast and furious and you’re trying to fit in there you know you’re almost trying to swim upstream and place you know place your story on a rock while well water keeps hitting in the face so I I I constantly am taking on opportunities and clients and different types of niches and different types of products and different types of stories because I know who’s to say that I know what a media person will want to write about or not I don’t what I do is I give them the opportunity and I find out hey is this is this interesting do you want to do this do you want to cover this and it’s yes or no or mid might be a maybe or they’re on the fence or they’ll think about it and we did we discuss it and see what happens so it’s just a the media is a constant River at its its 24/7 its domestic and international you know stories can break anywhere in the world and then just travel the speed of light and around the globe and become as you know become viral so it’s just a it’s just the the effort and the Mine Song of people in your position as to am I ready to take this Challenge on I’ve something Niche I’ve something unique but I think it’s important and and how do I get it out there and and what you know how many people can I turn on to what I have to build from from where I’m at well those are profound words of wisdom and I’ve got chills because I know that at some point I have I’ve got two to cross that and make that leap of faith sand and be willing to be criticized and be willing to be sued and be willing to be all kinds of things and having that team and I feel like the podcast has been a tool to to kind of build that team and to know if there is a you know what keeps me up at night is what happens if there is an influx of capital what if there is a viral content piece that get 50 goes out and it’s not that you become rich and famous overnight at you is that you become suddenly under the microscope and you need to know about compliance with a lot of things and so that that’s my Virgo mind getting getting very sort of The Fearless aspect where I try not to overthink even though it’s impossible but I just I just try and push you know you just you know I I’ve constantly at a career of why not you know why not internet a record label why not internet another one why not drop out of school you know cuz it was just wasting time and money you know and then why not become an assistant why not become a tour publicist why not go to an adult entertainment company Why not start your own PR Company why not work with Gene Simmons you know it’s you know if you can answer why not then there’s no reason you know and you know we always I’m a Star Wars junkie and I think you might be in the same generation or not but we all sort of live by the the words until the age of of Yoda and so you try not you do or you don’t you do not but you just don’t try to go for it and you know there’s certainly you you think things out and they’re processing is calculated risk and what not but I’ve always another mindset where if you if you’re if you’re thinking too much about it then it’s just time wasted you know you’re not pushing forward and what you’re trying to accomplish but once you get past that you know and and you’re not going to know if I sitting around thinking you’ll never know if it takes off or not you just won’t it is the action and it is the risk that you have to eunos put out there and find out if you have something or not and you know I definitely I’ve had all kinds of clients I really have and I’ve had successes clients it succeeded sold our company and made lots of money and I have clients that failed you know but it just nothing worked and Company disbanded and I’ve got you know hundreds of files of clients over 19 years and but they all they all went for it you know wherever they are you know there’s somewhere you know that they took a risk and even when I produced a reality show you know what they say it was a risk I was a two-year process to even get to production but once you know once we decide we’re going to do it my partners and I at the time of that production company we just put her head down and we weren’t going to give up and we got the parties involved then it did well could have done better but it did well exist in there broke a lot of ground but it’s definitely important you know there’s just that dividing line of doing something and in what it is that hold you back from from going for it yeah I hear you there is just kind of wrap up here to respect your time and then I will just say that again More Chills and more of just that that cause mcnab’s you know there was there is one Flagship I guess I would say it was for me was like the pilot episode of the series that I’m doing now it’s called sexorcism the tantric Opera twitch wow Google Keyword that I want to fully on because a lot of without weather so I can get is an album is a band that did an album called sexorcism there’s there’s a kind of I don’t know if it’s play with the idea but but what I’m bringing to it is it is definitely from a pure-hearted place of sincere documentarian work and so hopefully that’s I think what’s going to be what I would put money into an invest in to try to get some some media coverage on and I’ve been a little bit shy about it now for a couple of years just wanting to not be the one to push that in people’s faces but that’s exactly the layer of buffer that I need of someone to say hey look take it or leave it this is what this guy’s doing here it is and if I can have that someone like you help me with that then I think it’ll be it’ll be a dream come true so we will we will talk offline about what your thoughts are for the trajectory of a project like that but I would love to discuss obviously well and I look forward to having that discussion and obviously I appreciate being on your podcast in and you know getting to have this kind of discussion I think I ain’t got to a certain extent I think people you’re right don’t really understand publicity and public relations and media relations and you know marketing to a full extent but I think it’s you know having the conversation and getting the opportunity to talk about it even one person goes wow that’s interesting I want to I want to know what that career is you know something I’m always interested in doing it you know making people aware of the career and path I chose the life I chose and you know going from there well I’m sure there’s a lot of people who would say as they received the rewards that they couldn’t have done it without you and so hopefully I will be able to join those ranks sooner rather than later and again and again thank you for reaching out to me as very synchronistic yeah let’s let’s be in touch do you want to tell people where to find where to find your work and just yeah side BSG pr.com and my Twitter and my Instagram RBS GPR and it’s financials at when I made the company name it was like well we’ll just Brian Scott gross of my name and BSG are my initials and public relations and it was just a simple as that so I guess I was another thing I learned of like trying to keep you know keep it linear and you’re hiring me and so that’s where a Vsepr came from awesome alright will Brian thank you again so much that I had a great time and can’t wait to get to Christina Pratt picIn this episode I’m joined again by one of my most revered shamanic practitioner Christina Pratt, this time for a discussion about the effects of social media and other mobile apps on the development of the psyche and soul. She shares a wealth of insights into the multi-dimensionality of the issues and provides guiding lights of hope for how we can be in right relationship with our techno toys and tools.

We both share a sense of deep appreciation for the ancient technology that is the natural human imagination stimulated by nature, direct contact with the spirit world, and the experience of spoken story.

Com and our journey together will begin hello dear beloved welcome to Township hunt podcast episode 191 I’m being joined Again by Christina Pratt who is one of my greatest most respected heroes in the shamanic community and a very prolific author and educator and practitioner and has training programs and and lots of amazing things that that I hope to Avail myself with some point in the future for now I’m just a big fan of her podcasts and MC bless this podcast back on episode number 125 but I was called demystifying the mechanisms of shamanic healing and it was a great intro to her personal background and her work and we got into some really core foundational Concepts within shamanic healing and I feel like that’s a really one of my favorite episodes of please do go back and listen to that for reference to Cristina’s work in more detail and to give a bit of a context for why we’re speaking again now a really it the inclination I had to reach out to her again to do another podcast it came within a couple of days of when I pretty much deleted all of the social social media applications from my phone and could give myself a real juxtaposition of how rigged up my nervous system had become an is addictive dopamine cycles of refreshing thing clicking on things and trying to keep up with the Joneses and on social media and how just absolutely perverse it felt and how Aunt it’s antithetical to my my values my deeper core values is like from deep ecology and Ann turkel primitivism in Neo luddism and things that were a lot easier to attach to as as political ideologies before everybody sort of got pushed and sucked into this this hyper cyber eyes the Internet connected world that over the last 20 it’s just sort of been this creeping phenomenon and so with his breath of fresh air I said all I got it I’ve got to ask Christina Christina to come on and talk about what a shamanic perspective from her perspective would be really more of a multidimensional perspective on what’s happening to our souls and what’s happening to the fragmentation of ourselves as we get sucked into these networks and then they betray us and all of the sort of issues that are coming up around humans relating human sexuality human self-esteem and answer character building and all these things I’m sure I just knew she would have a lot to say about it and so I’m excited to to have you back Christina and thank you for joining us again and if you would please give us one of your beautiful kind of incantation introductions help us get censored in the moment so we can look straight to look at these these issues from a good place alright alright engine tations alrighty then take a nice deep breaths and bring your awareness into your mind and another nice deep breath and sink your awareness into your heart and another nice deep breath and exhale and sync your awareness down into your belly and from your belly imagine your ability to reach down deeply into the center of the earth as if you were a lotus flower floating upon upon your little lily pad with your stem reaching down into the center of the earth and connecting deeply into the Earth and drawing up nourishment and Rejuvenation from the Earth and then without rising up and out of your head let’s just stay here in our bodies and let your awareness rise up that stand into the leaf of a lily and into the flowers of this Lily and as as the Lily that you are just opens here radiant and resplendent in your your simple beautiful blossoming Beauty allow the Rays of the Sun or perhaps you prefer the Rays of the Moon perhaps Starlight let this energy come down and touch your pedals and your lily pad and let yourself be open and receiving of the radiant energy from above and then just allow yourself as these above energies bra in the blessing and protection and the below energy straw up your nourishment and Rejuvenation that these energies kind of mix and merge there in that flower let that flower be present in your own belly I’m with another nice deep breath just have a sense of reaching out to the energies around us that we are here in a world that is alive with Spirits many many different kinds of spirit energies or life-force energy has many different frequencies however you want to think about it and just let yourself be present in this world relationship to other things and yet aware of where you end and these other things begin let that radiant Lily that you are have it space and be sure that you feel strong in yourself to take that space to show up to be here to take space be present in your life and to come into an even closer knowing of why you’re here what has value and meaning in your life and make sure that you lived this day in a way that serves those things that have purpose and meaning and value to your own thank you so much for that that was a beautiful a beautiful Journey I’ve been in the journey Space 2 degree now thank you for taking us there and I guess I’d like to ask there’s a couple of a couple of aspects one would be your personal thoughts and musings on just the evolution of communications technology throughout your life experience and acceleration and just your your lens on on that on that process and then and then we can talk about hopefully what in your practice working with people what you’re seeing is sort of the the case studies of people who are struggling with the the rapid acceleration of these Technologies and I’m curious like what’s showing up on your caseload so to speak and your classes whether it’s your clients are your students what you’re observing within the next Generation as as younger people are really being formed and shaped by the stick by the technologies that we can talk about how does that sound podcast and the way in which listeners who took it seriously many of them because I guess they felt they needed to that was that lonely person on the you know oil rigs in Alaska are some sort of cracking place or somewhere where they’re really frustrated with the situation that they’re in and they feel alone there in it being able to reach out to podcasts like yours like mine and to receive some sort of Lifeline that could keep their soul alive in these sometimes remote I’m sometimes not necessarily remote but some of Solace places that people can find themselves few days and people took some of these shows and frankly some of them did more with a sequence of podcast and some of my students doing my for your truck really interesting letters from different people I won’t go into all the details with the point of all of that was they taught me that we can use the technology in a good way and then when we do that it’s it can be a Lifeline to people and so that’s really inspired me to be willing to explore and not just say this is ridiculous why are we bothering would be really easy for me to say so so that’s the first Pieces Just Two recognizing that technology isn’t a replacement for what we don’t have it extends what we do have that’s how I tend to think about it so the podcast for example extend my reach as a teacher to to speak to people but also even Define people to resonate as student to that piece of information that’s shared in that podcast is that the same as studying with me for four years of course not but doesn’t mean it’s not a thing in its own right and so so the podcast allows that extension of the teaching eye because of the podcast and the audience that created I I took a step into teaching some of the things that I teach in online classes and online classes allow me to teach incrementally in a more natural whey versus always sees intensive download experiences when you come for a weekend or week and do everything all at once and still allows for a more organic step by step learning experience and so there’s even some advantages from the online learning and so these are just two examples of using the technology that is present and in a sense if I use the teaching example I didn’t really start doing it until the technology evolve to making it easy for us to offered live so that there could be alive components cuz that’s the piece that’s always what we already are it can be a great value where we use it to create something we aren’t or to spill avoid in our lives or to create something that we don’t already have we enter into a more addictive or codependent relationship with the technology or simply using the technology amplifier false self which we do a good enough job on our own we don’t need amplifier problem so so a lot of it then boils down to what is our relationship with technology and how are we using it and are we educating ourselves around the technology itself so so that to me is kind of the key place of being in right relationship with it now if we take that it just a step further make a circle back if you want to but a step further is recognizing that in Shamanism we actively engaged in in making the our relationships with everything around us real mean Shamanism is based in animism everything around is alive with its own kind of life force and that the way for us to be in the world respectfully is to is to honor and recognize those other life forces and do our best to be in relationship with them and there’s a series of podcast with Kelly Harrell is another amazing practitioner in North Carolina and shamanic practitioner and she and I have been talking about the influence masses of humanity can have on larger spirits so we’re particularly talking about spirits of the culture and of the land and of different places in this but the the gist of those conversations was the realization that our life isn’t sort of the way it’s presented through core Shamanism like the spirit world is this fixed thing and we can go visit there and basically no matter how we trash around we won’t break anything but what Kelly and I were saying is that that’s not what we’re experiencing and exploring in these toxins that that’s not really real that we are in relationship with the invisible world and that over time it is possible for us unintentionally or intentionally to begin to influence it in other words we can play very heavily on an energy in our environment to the degree that that energy in our environment eventually morphs or adjust in some way to to respond to our sort of giving it a responsibility that it isn’t supposed to have in so my point in bringing that up because it really speaks to how Humanity in its worst manifestations affects the world around us even those energies we would go to to seek help to get out of our worst manifestations you know so that should put a raise people’s red flag and there are there awareness of we don’t really have the luxury to be as messed up as we want to be for as long as we want to be taking as many lifetimes as we want to learn how to be a good human we really need to get with the program so that’s my little subjects there but the point of technology is what I what I realized after these calls with Kelly and I are the podcast with Charlie I thought oh wait a minute Christina you are in relationship with the spirit of technology in a bigger and bigger way in your life and in your work as weird as that is given that all of your work is Shamanism you need to get right with your in your relationship with the spirit of Technology and as I was getting ready to do the first online class I really saw clearly up our object for the spirit of technology and each of my classes We Begin by acknowledging the spirit of technology and asking it to support us but also asking it to grow up with us asking it to come it’s a young or our current technology that you and I are specifically talking about technology like a hammer or a Wheel Technologies electronic mostly computer-based internet-based Technologies is a relatively new and so they’re kind of Adolescent and they don’t really know if you think about it as a spirit it doesn’t really know who it is yet and that if we could come to it intentionally and with you know real Spears love and our heart and help to to grow it up as we might grow up a adolescent child with incredible power and really ask the spirit of technology to work with us to find out how it takes its place in the web of life as something that supports the web of life now we are not very good at that either right we’re kind of a pain in the existence of the web of life right now on the planet and it pretty big way and so in a sense we both need to grow up humanity and Technology need to grow up to understand how to how to take their rightful place in that Web of Life in a way that supports all life and I think technology could do that you’re back to me puts me in this really hopeful place of creativity and possibility and I think well how can I be involved in doing that and it in it puts me in a much better relationship with technology than a place I can get into very easily which is wanting to throw it across the room that’s not a very healthy mature relationship you want to throw things he is really recognizing that we aren’t just like guns right we are not talking about the thing itself being the problem but what we are doing with it the relationship that we are in with it is it another platform for us to express our power irresponsibly or is it an opportunity for me to express my power with responsibility alright well thank you so much for that discourse in I tend to agree and I really like that you were bringing the word Spirit to it a lot of people who would consider that to be or to new age or something would would cringe at the notion of or even people who are within the more sort of stereotypically spiritual and if things would say all know Tech is so lifeless and Solace and but really it’s a it’s an expression of human creativity so it’s almost like that that sort of semantic game of is anything unnatural because it came from nature kind of a thing so so I do from a domestic perspective I appreciate we can’t I mean it would be I think pretty foolish to deny that there are spiritual energies and intelligences around all of our inventions and if it’s not just the embodiment for the imbuing of that person’s intention into something that is to put his that is not no longer biological or if it’s kind of also something you’re saying about I mean what I’m seeing just thinking about it is that we’re creating all of our actions thoughts dreams inventions Technologies they’re creating some sort of dynamic relationship with the Unseen World and they’re the living astral plane and so we may be creating these certainly if these tickets if some of these social media apps are causing extreme unprecedented levels of teen suicide than there are entities that are crowding around these opportunities to hack and mess with and opportunistically take advantage of these new reached astral bodies if you will I don’t know if that’s so if you want to go in that direction but I think it would be great to talk more about this Dynamic interplay that you’re touching on between how we it’s not just like this that we are totally separate from the other side or the Ethereal plane but they’re actually were in a dynamic with them and we may be altering them and pull them anyway so those are my words but I love to hear what you have to say that continue that thread interesting when people in their spiritual lives in basically commit the same errors that they would accuse you know academics are politicians of making but because it’s in the service of their spirituality somehow it’s not a problem that I don’t have spirit I don’t I don’t know there was any human being who does know like that so interesting ly what is it called human-centric which always gives us in trouble I think there’s a really funny moment in a podcast with David Franklin Farkas on that he has a guest and he’s talking about working with space he does a lot of work with space and space clearing and he was talking about really just how he discovered that everything has spirit and he cuz he was of the same mind that certain things didn’t but he really discovered as he did works at that was really kind of a foolish and naive perspective and she has this really funny thing about talking to the spirit of a microwave oven because he’s responding about the qualities of that Spirit you go yeah that’s a microwave that’s not a puppy you know anyway so my point about all of this is that we really need to be aware of the nature of our relationships with things so first for example to understand that designers of apps for our phones that. The operating principle is you want to design an app that is the first thing a person does when they wake up and the last thing they do when they go to bed and it feels you know the time in between okay that’s like creating a designer drug and I don’t mean a drug for shamanic you know spiritual experience I mean a drug to get people hooked so you make money and so part the thing about using these things is we need to be educated intelligent consumers me to have healthy boundaries as we need to have with all other advertising me in and the problem with being a kid using these things is they’re not there yet and so we as the adults need to figure out how are we managing that role in the lives of our children which I already just now I’m rolling my eyes because there’s a whole lot about our role as adults that we’re not managing in the lives of our children are not even supervised anymore University doing a training and University students from all over the world it was really exciting environment to be in and out at mealtime the kids tended to sit with their friends from their own country and whatever training programme Rihanna whatever and was very interesting to see the difference culturally with these kids that were mostly like High school-age kids and their phones are certain cultures no funds on the table everybody’s talking and laughing and you know just this side of a food fight and you know enjoying each other and then other cultures wherever it was absolutely everybody is on their phone just eating the mindlessly eating and looking at what’s on your phone I was very culturally specific sad but also really interesting to realize that there are places in the world that are way healthier than we are 17 different kinds of coffee you can have in the morning but they don’t have them are just not addicted to them cuz they have different cultural standards but yeah you you’re absolutely right in that you know our kids do learn to do what we do not what we say I am so it’s really hard to enforce some sort of boundaries around your phone use when you’re on your phone at dinner too turn in restaurant all the time soon as the people who would say that I guess it’s not it’s not you don’t have to be Ted Kaczynski to have a critique of of these things that that everyone can witness and the articles in mainstream obviously magazines and what not and I always just leading up to this conversation I was thinking about how trying to just take myself mentally in a time machine back before there were back before people had this before cell phones are ubiquitous and and I was fully grown at adult before cell phones even the so-called dumb phones where you could barely text message even before that and it was just knew you would someone was home or they weren’t home and so that would determine your plans for the night or if you’re going to do a delivery you’re going to use a Thomas Brothers guide to figure out what you’re going in life was a lot slower and and into some degree I would say more more pleasant and more interconnected and if you wanted to have a good time you had to kind of earn it and work for it and go out and and be forced to go out forced to go find places where people are gathering and sewed I have Nostalgia for that in my lifetime and it’s I guess it’s easy for me to still remember that and have some context on this but even now it says the so-called Millennials or are just the internet natives they say I guess the people who are born into Google and the Google ization of I guess you could call whatever you want but but I feel like it’s it’s almost past say now or it’s cliche to have a to lament maybe not the loss of the golden age before this but certainly lament just the all of the all of the road the increasing in an in an accident on my stuff there’s just so many indicators that are undeniable cisno long is no longer really this contentious debate where you need you know you need to have some extreme radicalism to challenge this stuff but what I what I feel like is missing from from this dialogue is what you would bring as a more shamanic perspective is to what what’s happening if you were to do the cross section of the astral body and the soul and to sort of the United States early to to scare people straight or to shock them although This Bitter from a small degree of a few just a couple few weeks now it’s saying what will this is I feel very violated by my own of all people I should have been I should have known better not to have gotten so sucked into this dysmorphia and his character Distortion of keeping up with the Joneses at a pace that’s just impossible to and you just start to merge with this this device and then you were living in this augmented reality of ranking and scoring and everything is a leaderboard and and so anyway you’re taking a step back from that and I’m and I have to think about how did I know better and what should I know about her and how am I going to not fall into that trap again and so I think about how K now that I have this moment of Sanity I want to sort of build in those healthier adaptive strategies and have more of a sensitivity to what it feels like when you’re being manipulated by your own your own neurochemistry right and that’s just on the the sort of physical print out playing but it but you would want to talk more about Soul loss and what your conception of how the soul Parts get caught up in our cycle dramas in their sexual dramas in in our personality ego structures and just what what you would see from that lends as his what’s happening in America in transition a bit to to what you’re what you’re experiencing if you have to a people away from their their phones when you’re trying to teach them in a class or if you have people coming to you for for care and counseling and and healing who are in mashed and some in this sort of digital Fabric and how it’s affecting their at them at the soul level I think that are important relative what you’re asking the the simpler one in a sense would be you know how do I manage that technology with my students because I do I can think of two students right now absolutely speed Wizards taking their notes on their phone when I can barely read my phone at my age and and in really complex and wonderful ways and that supports their process and so part of that piece is okay here are students to understand they need to not be connected to the internet while they’re doing this but they can certainly use this as a means by which they’re going to take their notes and track what’s going on and that I have to be as a teacher not annoyed by that but they also have to not annoy me by having it make sounds having finding seen that they’re not really listening to me they’re really checking their Facebook page that was that person wouldn’t get a second chance for me to stop like if you were in my class checking your Facebook page instead of paying attention when people write you need to leave cuz you’re not remotely mature enough to be that you can’t not check your Facebook page for 4 hours some people just had a heart attack just so you know if water is the people who just heard that and when they thought they imagined for hours without checking Facebook back to your heart of I think the piece that you’re the missing here is people that have no boundaries with this tool none whatsoever and so this is why this matters mean we can go into it from that way but that’s kind of a long walk let’s take a short pass the short path is this we need to put ourselves in the context of our purpose of our souls reason for being here and to do things in our life that allow us to express our actual reason for being here is what fills our life with meaning and purpose so there is nothing else not on your phone not on Facebook not there is no other substitute not drugs not not relationships not anything that will substitute you bringing yourself into context with your Soul’s purpose and so to the extent that technology just becomes one other way you’re avoiding doing that or Worse creating a false idea that you are your only making the Contemporary issue worse because this is already a huge contemporary issue for people to be able to track who they are and why they’re here now part of that is because they come to their young adults were already in a state of Soul loss and for many many people there so lost does have a certain relationship with their why they’re their purpose and why they’re here so so to been moved from a place that’s already estate of so lost into these false versions of connection of intimacy of intimacy with yourself of trying to find your soul purpose out there by clicking on the surveys and things on the internet all of that is just an ongoing sofa tray and so part of understanding the damage that is being done by the technology is not anything new in the sense that it’s just one more profoundly addictive and distracting way the Contemporary people avoid the personal work required to come to right relationship with their soul and then to maintain that right relationship as a guide in what they choose to do with their lives and their many Millennials who would go look lady I am working three jobs just to try to pay a ridiculously high rent and my phone bill and pay for my marijuana and you know he’s other things that are considered necessary for contemporary life like well I understand that that doesn’t change the fact that you are a soul who chose to inkarnate at this time so these are the challenges that you are choosing to have to deal with just as I chose that is a mile and the fact that the world kind of sucks is not an excuse to not deal with the ways the world sucks and the way that gives you a possibility to either be diverted from your soul purpose or you use the world around you as the raw material to get to your soul purpose and so and so’s purpose isn’t about follow your bliss and have a happy life Soul Purpose is a really challenging way of life that is cultivated but the reason to bother is that it does have deeply Soul satisfying meaning and purpose it makes it gives us a life in which we feel still that’s a human being and we believe that we’ve matter and that’s really what we want and that’s a really challenging thing to create in our Contemporary American world at this time because the culture around you is not encouraging that you do that and even many of the spiritual practices that you would think would be encouraging you to do that or actually encouraging you to follow their rules and to bypass that deep work that would bring you to your own personal uniqueness and unique genius and maybe not be so willing to follow along so the problem with the aspect of Technology you’re talking about is that it’s a light out of context you’re not in contacts with your own soul purpose I would never post anything about as deeply intimate as my sole purpose work on any of the social media platforms is totally inappropriate nobody would so it’s not helping me so so think about it like Google is kind of a wonderful thing it’s wonderful to be able to get pieces of information when you need them as long as it’s accurate which is another issue okay but that information is completely out of context and into the meaning of information changes relative to its context so the meaning of you as a person in the world changes relative to your contacts in your proximity to your Soul’s purpose and so again these activities any addiction drives us away from our purpose because we’re repeating that thing that were addicted to instead of getting at the uniqueness and the innovation of our actual Soul Purpose and so this the piece of the technology that you’re talking about right now create this false idea and for those people that are young and naive and don’t have parents actually modeling something different they don’t even necessarily know it’s a false idea that’s Rudy’s online groups and online activities in all of this stuff that there’s somehow going to create a true sense of the things I have meaning and value to their heart and my experience is that the things that have meaning and value to my heart are not found outside of that context of me as an embodied human in my heart I need to be in the world I need to be connected to people need to be connected to the energies around me and Technology as one of those energies but it can’t take over and spill all of my my porch if you will for connection to other things if it it can’t it can’t be my sole interface with other things unless we’re talking about someone who has some sort of challenge in their life so that technology is literally the only connection to other things right but that’s all she does let some people who would otherwise not be able to connect to connect but really what we’re talking about is people that are addicted to their technology that are not in a relationship with technology and so what is doing then is taking people that are already arriving in their young adult life in a state of Soul Los usually estate of really poor energy body hygiene and worse than that not very clear idea about what is actually going on here energetically as a person in the world and is sold as a lot of huge misinformation and all of that Googling around and traipsing about the internet there’s a lot of really bad as in really inaccurate information and so people are arriving at that place with with scads of bad information around them inaccurate information around them with no skills no ability to discern and then engaging in these platforms that take them even further from their Center and further from the truth and so it’s certainly not helping but it’s also taking that passion that we have in our twenties to find our purpose and do what we have what has real meaning to our heart it burns that passion out so it’s not so much that I see people necessarily more fragmented because of it it’s more that I see people’s fire to do anything about it being frazzled and burned out that I see their focus dispersed that I see there Lerner that’s trying to learn and understand what’s really going on here completely distorted with Vault ideas and really toxic understanding of what it is to be here as a spirit in the world of sleep kind of simple easy to do but simple that’s more my sense is that that via the information we get from these platforms and our engagement in these platforms our own energy structure and our desire and our heartfelt Focus all of these inner qualities that in the past would just in the past what would happen if someone would just go I keep falling into this pattern let me see the heater that can help me deal with this find Charmin get Soul retrieval get Soul Park Bark in a great stop falling into the pattern closer to Soul Purpose mean it was a pretty simple you know here in the physical world action and now people get on really convoluted Pathways before they make it to my door and they’ve done so much greater damage to themselves following those Pathways energetically I mean what I want to make steering is not so much more so long is because there’s already a ton of so lost when I’m experiencing is people who are creating mental illness that they don’t actually have that’s more what I see I’m energetic and mental mental emotional going from a place of mental and emotional discomfort which is pretty typical for someone who’s 18 19 20 years old in America to a place of where they’ve actually gone through mental and wellness mental emotional and wellness into a state of mental illness that they’re now getting Pharmaceuticals for Why does adding a whole nother level of distraction from Center and I’m not carte blanche saying Pharmaceuticals are bad when I’m talking about is someone who’s created the state of mental illness simply through their use of technology that they don’t really have and so now they’re getting these really strong chemicals into their body and into their brain really for no reason because they aren’t actually the kind of person who has a biochemical reason for those right you know this is something just came up for me as you’re talking about this really this all kids close to home in a lot of ways and I’m trying to think about how this conversation with people who are growing up now in this Ambience of internet-connected devices in Google information and all of the all these platforms were talking about and someone said not too long ago, where I heard this but it was it was kind of like every generation is going to have this resistance by the old curmudgeons you know who say back in my day and I was like this it was harder you had to work harder to do XYZ and now it’s easier because it Technologies to your spoiled and then there’s this sort of bitterness going both ways about you don’t you’re imposing these outdated values on me and you don’t get it and then so something that was kind of a record point of reconciliation between the generations that I heard recently was just this notion of where ya at people’s parents said the same thing about comic books when comic books were distracting us from their homework and they’re so perfect that whatever it was and it makes me even think about will the the juxtaposition between literacy and the printing press and literacy and how that would allow them to think about the whole some good old days of women read romance novels and boys stereotypically gendered Etc reading comic books and and the sort of what I would like to say well with a healthier template would be a slower data stream coming through Reading text where you would do no just have you wouldn’t have 50 books and magazines that you were you were relentlessly swapping to actually make an analogy you would have to for the amount of data streams you would have to be having a million TV channels and a hundred bucks a hundred magazines and a bunch of conference calls and things that you were just tapping through that was that was a novice a possible in my area of growing up and and there was just a more protected. Of pre-internet books and magazines and and social events that you would physically have to go out to and you could only do that maybe once once a couple times a week and so you know I’m just looking at this sort of what what are the essential patterns that that kind of are recursive throughout time and have a sort of cyclical pattern going on and in something that that hit me just now as a member there was a point where I remember clearly where I was at a birthday gift was someone took me out to the Wilderness on a hike of a mountain and I was so glued to video games at that time even their primitive state what we would consider very primitive now it was in they say this about pornography to they say that the therapist are saying that it’s a quote supra-normal or supernormal experience that you set a standard to and then being intimate with a real life human being doesn’t cut it for you because you’re you’re nervous system is so jacked up on these these completely artificially induced levels of chemistry that you couldn’t experience otherwise known as being generated by this computer interface so you know for me I remember how disappointed I was when I was going to be almost dragged out into nature to go on a hike and how absolutely DeLand dead and boring and even lifeless that experience was and how how betrayed I felt that that I would have to have section non-adventurous in an exciting experience and and it was all because I would just have rather have been sitting there playing a video game when I was getting spiked with all these I’m killing someone I’m being killed I’m maker not making some sort of digital gold value and I’m all of these buttons of teen pushed and I’m just at a rate that was that was unprecedented and so this virtual I guess it’s the virtualization of of the things that motivate our nervous system pleasure and seeking pleasure avoiding pain and whatnot and and another plastic came to me was just this this idea of whenever I whenever I’ve looked at the Tabloid covers of you know the Tabloid news stands in the aisles at the supermarket throughout my entire life I just felt this toxic losing Force this presents won’t talk about a spirit of something and I just could feel it and it was never and it was obviously Bogus Basin the fake block Ness monster stuff and then all of the drama and it was so over-the-top hype that it was easy to resist that I can never felt compelled to his to get sucked into that vortex but now that I see you it’s happened really is that everybody has made this like a tabloid ization of every individual and there’s an endless market for it and just this monstrosity it’s feeding on everybody the same impulse that you would have had to open up that tabloid is now you aren’t you have become the Tabloid and you want the more attention you get onto your digital tabloid Persona online and all these different platforms there more validation you’re getting and it’s just as it’s just Nick seems to be like you said about the designer drugs are just manipulating these low-hanging fruit aspects of our lower self that was more of just a rant you know something to put on a fit if you have I don’t wait around here and there well actually I want you to go back to the first part of that that you said about the idea that it’s cyclical and every generation thinks you know the younger generation looks ridiculous in their passion or whatever like that I mean obviously at the same time there is science behind how visual images and training ourselves through Visual images is actually affecting our minds that there’s so where the difference between the generations is this meat to this programming the brain to the repetition of visual images and we start talking about something different entirely and it’s not even just a different kind of fruit it’s like the difference between fruit and a tank and so they’re there is a study and I can’t pull out the actual specifics about where someone could go Google it right now maybe someone could go find it and tell me they found it so I can do that but basically in the study they were looking at the kill rate in World War II versus the kill rate of Vietnam and they found that in World War II that the honest truth was that most soldiers would rather take someone prisoner than kill them and so the kill rate was very low like 20% or something and that wasn’t acceptable for Vietnam they wanted to figure out how to train soldiers to go for a higher kill rate and what they found were was training them through a visual interface which is of course the technology that preceded video games and so basically when people are playing you know violent video games that are teaching them to not to override their natural instinct to not show people or things will never have I ever the game is that you’re basically being train your natural human instinct is being trained out of you to be a better killer and to not hesitate and that actually they change the kill rate for family through that training and Vietnam just something like 70% or 80% in the numbers which is frightening and at the same time you also had guys that went to Vietnam that I said look I don’t care what you do I don’t care about a dishonorable discharge get me out of this situation and send me back home so part of it is this really understanding that there was a conscious there were many conscious choices made that created a change between in a world war kind of way of going about live and Vietnam and our lives since Vietnam and learnt so the same thing is true then operating with porn and how has you were saying it’s training is it’s this visual training that is different from just looking at still pictures the different engagement in our brain it affects our brain differently and and partly another version of this another aspect of study around this is with children who are placed in front of videos instead of red tube instead of being read to sorry he’s my grammar here and that when a child is listening to a story they’re developing the part of their brain that imagines and visualize is in creates the the picture then go with the story that the person is reading but they find that children that are raised by being given pictures so raised on video so the end screen so the screens are being given to that pictures are being given to them they don’t have to develop their imagination okay so from a shamanic perspective this is going to be our downfall perhaps it already is being our downfall because our relationship with the invisible World operates through our brain’s capacity to access its imagination and then how did the spirit world essentially use the imagination to tell us things just the same way we all do when we dream at night and that imaginary dream world is telling us things sometimes things are not really very useful but sometimes but the point is from a shamanic perspective my ability to have a reliable relationship with spirit is driven entirely by my ability to open up my imaginary sense as much as usual but to open up my sensory body to an imaginary experience which then has meaning when it’s interpreted accurately that gives that’s how I gained guidance in my life is how I find a full part of how I know what to do in my own life it’s how I need a program that is going to be able to initiate teenage kids and fix that problem in our culture all of that is created because I have this ability to work in this whole creative relationship with spirit that is absolutely dependent on the part of my brain that imagines show to choose to not develop that part of your brain not develop that part of your children’s brain to allow it to be fed images and not ever develop the capacity to imagine means when that child is a young adult and is trying to imagine a better future they can’t do it they literally can’t do it because they haven’t developed the part of the brain that can imagine anything that they haven’t seen said to them so that aspect the visual aspect of the technology is really problematic and it’s why you get more likes when you post a picture with your posts because we gravitate to these pictures but they’re their eye candy and two even in working in this is how we spell the Visionary state in Shamanism it’s not purely visual the eyes are very easy to trip also and so it’s really about bringing your full Century body into these experiences but if I’ve been having images fed to me my whole sensory body can just be lazy if the soundtrack and the everything is just coming at me the images soundtrack all that I’m I’m not engage my sensory body isn’t engaged my ability to imagine a better future isn’t engaged so all of these qualities that are absolutely essential to living a fulfilling spiritual life are being dead are the visual piece and so in that sense of all it’s just like comic books well not really it isn’t it’s actually highly problematic and so one of the most important things for parents and many of 2013 old people our parents is that you understand this and you make different choices raising your kids the mermaid with you and that you understand that there is a serious effect delete deleterious to having children’s brains raised by video well I just had a a rash of chills when you got to that that point and I think that is probably be beyond the desired effect of what I was looking to create with the designer drug of this podcast switch with two to really address in and treat these issues but that study that you brought in with with the I mean the exit I should say I’m like I’m going to make a note to include this link in the show notes one of the most endearing films of my childhood was the I think we just called toys with Robin Williams and LL Cool J so worried I want to respect your time we’re we covered a lot here and I thank you so much again for for delivering more than I even expected and I think that was the the most potent way to to kind of wine this down with some some real practical advice about about monitoring what we all take in visually I guess I want to ask you now if with whatever time you have left to talk a bit about what you might see as some strategies for I mean lyrics I would say it’s just a simple as well just go out in nature but I was maybe 8 9 10 years old when that didn’t work for me and that was way before the level of sophistication with stick with this with these games and mass jol would go out and play in the woods and I still would do it for its and what not but but it was losing its appeal and so it’s not as simple as you’re saying turn your phone off and go to a yoga retreat or something there’s going to have to be other other steps taken and and you’re very very pragmatic I don’t know I wouldn’t say you’re really kind of you’re grounded you’re not to move about your precious to these things I’m just wondering if you if you have thought about it or if you’re working on something maybe you will develop some sort of some techno fast tree protocol or something but today just curious if you want to end on that some things that are that may help us get out of this this digital quicksand but I offer people would I consider the fundamental step out of that quicksand in an online class that I believe is absolutely essential if people are going to make the shift and be able to come into kind of a into a responsible it kind of relationship with technology that is response all that is powerful but is responsible and I people have to get their however they’re going to get there but I think the idea of just not engaging with it that feast-or-famine has its problem because they were not growing up the spirit of Technology right and while we’re over here trying to not engage with it it’s taking over the world right it was people teaching it to not grow up so I think that part of it is to figure out who do you want to be engaging with technology where where are your boundaries and end-to-end to make some clear decisions on uphold those decisions but mostly I really want to encourage people especially people that are in this I can’t remember what you said was an interesting name of the generation of being raised on the internet but anyway what I really want to encourage people to do is to understand that you read about joy and satisfaction in becoming subversive become a subversive who is Unser do so and if you can do that in your life to become subversive and recognize that you are being completely seduced into being a consumer that’s all that’s going on and that’s so expensive you should be horribly offended by that and want to subvert that system so I really encourage you all this find that inner trickster irrevocably person who wants to subvert A system that thinks so little of you and your unique genius but it just wants to turn you into a shopper it just wants you to consume he wants you to buy the next phone the next app it just sees you as a consumer and be offended by that to become subversive and in that to become unsecured small which means you can engage with whatever you choose to engage with within the boundaries that you set and that relationship of healthy relationships with it whether it’s sex or drugs or technology or whatever and and really draw what is good and true and beautiful and things out of them and not get lost in the swamp and so that would be my my thing as y’all are young you know become beings and change the world it needs to be changed so that’s what I would say Bravo of all that sounds almost tearing up hearing those words didn’t really that’s that’s why I got into punk rock and that’s why I’m still out there trying to to rock the boat however he can and that why we’re having this conversation and yeah this the spirit of wildness will will live on in and again thank you for for just balancing this as well nnn we’re not going to have an effect on the trajectory of this of this technology Technologies if we withdraw and Retreat and lamented in in the in a Shack in the woods yeah we will keep doing our best here will thank you Christina so much yeah I look forward to the next time and it’s really always it’s a blessing to have you share your insights and I will just again recommend that folks please check out why Shamanism Now podcast Com and our journey together will begin podcast episode number 155 I’m being joined by Vanessa Le mystery and she is Vanessa Soul EXO on social media and I discovered her work first by Instagram very lovely photographs exuding spiritual consciousness and artfulness that is really nice to see a really refreshing in the sort of sea of of people who were maybe not necessarily representing something from a deeper a deeper level of Justice in there you know lovely pictures doing the things out there in the world so I’m always always piques my interest to see people taking it to a higher level and then I even went down the rabbit hole and watch some YouTube videos inside there’s some really important powerful insights that Vanessa sharing a mainly with the video that I would like the most was all about an experience of shamanic soul-retrieval and the people who may have listened to podcast before or into Shamanism what other practitioners or students or or just fans of this sort of movement heard about that and and it’s kind of a really complicated thing and there’s a lot of elements to a but she’s able to break it down really nicely and I thought why not have her on to share that experience in more detail and can I give people more interested in also being just introduction to the work she’s doing and when I get to Taco also about just the the opportunities and the psychology of trying to get a foothold and get it a little slice of the pie in this whole social media new world of opportunity that can really Empower folks and not only the producers but also the consumer to the content just really with everybody up so with all that said Vanessa thank you for being here and please tell us about your personal background how did you get to be in this position you’re in now I’m I was born in Miami Florida and I guess I died but I’ve always been pretty deep but they are usually don’t say this but I feel comfortable sharing it with you that I recently discovered I’m an indigo child I think apparently the stars were lying so basically they figured out if you were at the planets line up in a certain way a lot of people are born when those planets were aligned then they’re mostly indigo’s but the thing with indigo’s is your born with a lot of wounds so you have two most indigo’s go through a lot of adversity from the time they’re born which was definitely my case I was abandoned by my dad I was sexually abused from 5 to 14 and all the pain I had to build this strength and the thing about indigo’s is where natural Warriors because they say we had many past lives going through things so being the child that I was and going through that type of adversity I had to build and cultivate positive energy and finding a way to think positively about life and I’ll say when I was about 21 I got introduced to The Celestine Prophecy which was a spiritual book that really changed my life I want out of this whole journey of spiritual growth and it wasn’t until I went through even more trauma just a box that you I I graduated from college move back to Miami Florida worked at one of the biggest nightclubs in South Beach is making very lucrative money so I would travel to India I got certified as teaching yoga I went on this whole path and I realized I can’t keep working here I need to go move forward with my goals so I moved to LA I lived there for four years and I was starting my self-help book because I really feel like I have a calling on a mission that I want to give back and hopefully Influence People backdating to when I was 21 I did have this guy read my palm for free and he read my cousins, as well told her she’s going to be a doctor at this time she was getting mad now she has her doctorate degree he also told her she can have a bunch of kids she’s a beautiful Belgian baby boy stunning and what he told me was that I’m a shaman and I was like what I don’t even know what that was so now that I’m getting into Shaman Shaman says you already know what the soul retrieval I am planning on taking up Shamanism because I do feel like I have that calling in my life but it wasn’t until I was in LA right when I finished my first draft of my self-help book you know here I am thinking okay I finished my first draft I want to be a motivational speaker I’m ready to take off then I went through like the biggest tragedy anyone could ever wrap their minds around I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy named Camden food literally changed my entire life but three days after he was born we found out something was wrong and when he was rushed to the NICU they found out she was having 96 seizures a minute and three weeks later they discovered he had a fatal disease that she was not going to make it he was going to live for three months backs I was like is this a fucking joke and I’m like what is going on right now so I knew that I had to pull every single ounce of strength in my entire being every bit of knowledge that I gained from overcoming adversity is Too Faced this detrimental thing I was about to face of oh my God I’m going to lose my son so I did that I pulled in every Source I started meditating I was hiking I was seeing a therapist I was doing yoga you name it I was in the battlefield and I was also determined to give him as much love as possible so thankfully he lives for more than three months he looks for full 9 months and he showed me so much his Spirit his energy was just a fighter and there were times when I thought about giving up and I was like man if he didn’t give up why why am I going to give up so that really propelled my journey and took it to another level because I never lost anyone before that I was close to you and this is probably the closest person to me my own flesh and blood and I’ll say that after I lost him I mean I wasn’t even here I was out of it and the past it getting my my life back into a normal state required a lot of spiritual growth I knew once he was diagnosed I knew my book was not done I knew my journey hasn’t hadn’t even started for a judgments were with where I was planning to go in life but I will say that the experience drives me deeper into myself then I could have ever imagined which is why I thought led to doing the soul-retrieval just very intense experiences I’ve I’ve been led to do for healing because it took me to that next level of a human trauma but also a human transformation and learning how to transcend those things so that I’m not a victim of past adversities but I’m more so of Victor and I can Propel my life forward so my engagements are still going I’m literally in the process of building a platform right now not just socially or just through Instagram excetera but but really with the hopes of building something very concrete so that way I can be all of the above a self-help author a motivational speaker inspirational speaker / Heeler because I am on the way to actually getting a master’s degree in a leadership program and Colorado where I will simultaneously be taking Shamanism courses so long with being a Healer I’m also starting a nonprofit in dedication to my son Camden where we can bring smiles and literacy and meditation to Children eventually all over the world well well thank you so much I’m just heartbroken and speechless I can’t imagine that I know that is the loss of a child is considered to be the worst thing a person on Earth can face really in and I I’ve lost people close to me but certainly nothing of that of that extreme nature although I guess the closest I’ve I’ve been is just been in I’ve had been in relationships were there been miscarriages and abortions and so I’ve been through that some tips on the male and which is obviously no nowhere near nowhere even close so I can I’m just sitting with this in and feeling very moved in does it does sound like what you’ve overcome gives you a lot of and for people that has it’s just really a wake-up call for people who are you don’t have petty petty limitations that they’re they’re not anywhere near that that extreme and if you can come out the other side and I like I never heard that that boost words put together so closely victim vs. Victor. What a perfect you’re already on your way to a two-year that that leadership role if you can use those little mind hacks and and get people waking up so that’s really great so if I’m curious what your role at the nightclub what week what was your what was your role at that nightclub bring up in Miami is a city I’ve always been a city girl so I’ve naturally so I started partying on it when I was 17 years old it was very fun it was it was crazy I mean we had every A-list celebrity that club is still going off strong it’s called live at the fountain blue it’s a five-star hotel and they got all the big Heavy Hitters from Kanye West to Puff Daddy Lil Wayne every hip hop artist you can think about the not only hip-hop they do Tiesto and it’s just insane I remember one year for New Year’s Eve general admission tickets were literally $900 and if you wanted to sit at a table you had to spend a minimum of twenty Grand the most I’ve ever sold at a table was $100,000 worth of bottles literally on chest I was feeling like I was not exploiting people but I was partaking in people selling their souls on a daily basis nothing negative to say about the nightclub it was a great experience however you ceased how much there I mean there’s Drug Money there’s escorts there’s guys literally throwing dollar bills in the air and girls going home to sleep with them because they’re popping bottles actually I was very close with the woman very pretty recently and I’m kind of ongoing who was all up in that exact kind of Lifestyle in Vegas where it sounds like exactly the same thing and it just blew my mind I had no idea I mean I assume that there was lavishness but that extent of just the conspicuous consumption you know it would be called in sociological terms in it’s a while so that’s great because I mean one thing that she that made her a very gregarious and very outgoing and Confident Woman and it really I can see the the effect especially like she was kind of managing the the whole stripper her husband was managing managing the strippers at these clubs and there is a lot of just trauma and Brokenness in all of that that sort of financial ecosystem and and she had to come and live with that her soul was kind of wounded by being a part of that that economy in but then she also was able to befriend them in her own shamanic healing kind of intrinsic nature was able to help them kind of threw that stuff so I’m sure you have a do you have a soft spot is a spot in your heart for the bus a single mothers who were in that game or if we’re trying to get out of that game and all that kind of stuff are there was a forty-one-year-old you would never know she was 41 but it’s all she knows so absolutely because I do think what you said you had a really good point a lot of those women I mean even including myself a lot of them were victims of sex abused or they feel like that’s the only way that they can validate themselves in a sentence to some degree or that that’s the only way they can get lucrative money when in reality you know women are not only sex body parts but you have a brain or like you said you can be inspiring you can have a message and I think a lot of women don’t necessarily know that especially in our society when we are taught that we have retro living in a society where is over-sexualized in a sense so we’re kind of taught that that’s all that were were when really it’s so much more all right well so do you want to talk about your experience with the shamanic soul-retrieval that was was a pretty recently or girls with a shaman the first one was not a soul-retrieval I just went for a regular healing in Miami Florida about 7 years ago and that was interesting where she kind of pulled up into my chamber of the wounds that she picked up that I was sexually abused from like many many many lifetimes this was like a repetitive thing going on and I was like oh my God you’re right cuz I didn’t tell her anything about me and not only did she pick that up but she also picked up who I really am which I believe we all have this within us what our and vision is for a true selves so she was able to pick up that truly what I am is a queen and I believe truly we all are kings and queens but the fact that she was able to pick that up in the midst of the Chamber of wounds I thought was very fascinating now this experience that I recently had with the soul-retrieval was very very intense and a very beautiful experience the lady when I met her she said her name is Costanza Morningstar over here in Silver Springs Maryland she asked me when she met me why do you want to do this and I told her I don’t think anyone doesn’t need healing on this planet I don’t I don’t care how old you are I feel like everyone is gone through something where they could heal from and a lot of people’s personalities in that sense actually went while driving and road rage but for me I I just knew that I had a lot of Hang-Ups and a lot of other traumas that weren’t as may be a severe is my big lifetime adversity is that that kind of left me hung up and I knew that I didn’t want to go forward with that just hanging there so I actually meditated on the things that are why is it sealed prior to the soul-retrieval session with her and one of them was a previous best friend who supposedly spent 20 grand on a curse like a black magic curse on me and it was something that I’ve it took years to forget it was coming up but it was just always in the back of my mind and I really wanted some help cutting up that cord if that makes any sense and I wanted to retrieve the part of my soul that I knew I lost from that experience because not only did I lose the best friend I lost a part of myself and that was just one thing you know losing my son’s father he wants me in the middle of my pregnancy and and married his ex-girlfriend so I knew that wasn’t hang up I wanted to retrieve my soul from so there was a couple of these things I meditated on and she was like Wow Vanessa I think because you took the time and I would recommend this to anyone doing a soul-retrieval is to take the time to meditate on what you want to heal because that’s exactly what’s going to come up in those parts of your soul will come back to you during the retrieval so I walk in I tell her these people ain’t I tell her a little bit more about myself and she’s like okay well I’ll just stay open and let’s get to it be every Shopkin has Spirit helpers that work with them and the point of this experience is when you go through a trauma a part of your soul leaves as a defense mechanism I know for me many parts of me left going up because I had a best friend say Vanessa how can you just block things out like that and it’s because it’s not cuz I had a superpower is because as a child certain things I went through we’re just too intense I had to tap out but every time I was tapping out and blocking those things out that was my soul leaving to it to feel stays so what she was able to do was she was literally able to grab those pieces back because according to her when they leave you there actually being healed their healing themselves so she brought those healed pieces back to me with certain good and for me it was a lot she retrieves five different soul hearts and after the fifth one she told me her spirit helpers told her that’s enough for today cuz it was just too much so she started off with me laying on my back and she was doing her chanting she was dancing to her Spirit guides and animals you were helping her and she was taking notes in the middle of her session the power went off completely and she couldn’t really function appropriately because she needed some music so she had to do it with her mouth she improvised but it ended up working out fine I swear to God by the end of the session the lights all came back on it was like perfect timing but one of the gifts that she did mention was that for example when my son’s father left me the gift that thoughtful part brought back to me is to learn to love myself again because they’re edit it kind of makes sense when he left a part of me felt like I didn’t know how to love myself like oh my God what’s wrong with me you know why did he abandon me so that was empowering another Soul part that came back to me was my five year old self that was the first age I was when I was sexually abused and although I was abandoned by my father at birth she said from the age of five to seven my inner child felt very abandoned and I’ve I was crying hysterically when she said that because I didn’t correlate that I just correlated my experience with oh my God I was sexually abused I didn’t realize that wow I needed I needed nurturing I needed someone to talk to me so I wouldn’t feel so abandoned and alone but the gift that that 5 year old child brought back to me was the gift of moving forward and not feeling stuck moving becoming allowing myself to be truly independent which also makes sense if you think about someone who feels abandoned they might not have the strength to move forward and feel independent and autonomous and they’re being so it was very all of the gift she brought back to me were extremely empowering and and to be honest she knew that I couldn’t leave right away she’s like I want you to just seen a look around the room integrates all of this that just came back to you and she she warned me that I would feel a little drained or I might feel very energetic because she brought all this energy back into me and to close out her session she proposing a lot of Divine Light because she’s pulling so much back into your being that she has to fill it with white Divine Light or else she says anything can just take home your body which obviously you wouldn’t want so the next couple of days I noticed that I was very out of it and drained and the weirdest things are happening two things one I was getting a little moody in like very very very Bitchie and I wasn’t sure what was going on I felt like it was some residue from just past issues that we’re coming up in and kind of expelled out of my body and the other thing that was happening that was very beautiful is I started to feel more of my spirit inside of me like I literally started to feel more full and that’s the best way I can describe it and I’ve read different articles that say these things take months sometimes or weeks or even years you’ll just keep feeling yourself become more and more integrated more and more whole it was definitely fascinating and honestly I want to go back for more because it seemed like I had more parts to retrieve but that session was just enough to do 5 that was more that was like a Max for me that day so I do plan on getting another session done future well I love the way you talk about this it’s really is I’m just stuck in Imagine women eventually getting their nails done or their hair done at the beauty salon and then started talking about these experiences and it’s and it’s as normal as talking about going to the auto mechanic for a tune-up or an oil change so I didn’t know I thought I had it all back together but there was a whole other chunk missing and misses work that’s a good thing because this is the first time I’ve really heard the narrative that you’re saying about how they’re getting healed and they’re heading to bring back a gift and it’s it isn’t just the the dreary side of Ono these horrible things happen and wouldn’t it be nice to be whole again but if you can actually have a some additional benefit a sort of prize for your suffering in a way then that’s even more incentive to want to take this stuff seriously if you know you might you might actually benefit and have unexpected you know value come back either that means another another girl so glad you brought up the importance of sort of ceiling the container if you will because yeah if your it’s almost like you just had open heart surgery and if you don’t get bandage properly you stay open for infection so so with that gift I think I find it very fast and then she brought back was that now I’ll be able to trust friends and friendship and I’m honestly noticing myself just being more social letting people in a little bit easier getting and it’s honestly helping me give love two people more easily instead of like cuz sometimes I think if we get hurt by people it’s easy for us in the back of our minds stay ready just presuppose they’re going to hurt us or if that person is judgmental when we really haven’t given them a chance but I’m finding I’m doing that a lot less and I’m just more easily giving love two friends that’s awesome yeah I know I’m a big believer in the power of overly just that everybody everybody’s kind of constantly cursing themselves and others very unconsciously and not usually with too much skill or Consciousness books so that’s pretty much what we’re having just constantly complaining and judging everything and and they’re putting things down and everything have to be somehow beneath us to protect ourselves from really taking responsibility to think so you know when people take it to the next next level and then start actually hire professionals it’s it’s a much bigger practice throughout other parts of the world and here it’s not so but there it does exist and and and for people to take that very seriously that’s a huge part of you know maintenance and self-care is to just do the cord clearing cutting loving or you want to call her so would you think you’ll be doing any like as you start studying and stuff more doing videos where you just kind of give daily tips or self-care basic shamanic the next video I do on YouTube will be about my inner healing but I’m doing lately it’s just been getting very intense in my meditations and just even learning the art of Court cutting she I was doing it a little bit before but this Sean and specifically specifically helped me do some more concrete cord-cutting for example and that practice alone I feel like would be great tips to share and just even the things I’m discovering my in my medications or things that people are sharing with me this might be a little extreme for me to go into topics fully right now but there’s something going on in in my left eye since my son was diagnosed and it’s very energetic so I can’t really find too much information on it but about two weeks ago a woman sent me an article on Shamanism specifically with a practice for healing the left eye and I was like so I just think that when anyone is open to that inner healing Journey things to start coming your way with tips and tricks and synchronicities where it’s just that the other perfect timing type of thing so I will definitely go into descriptions and tips with feelings that I’m fighting for myself because it’s definitely a focus from me right now is healing and I know that from watching other shamans they’re at their point is to kill them quickly and fast so they can start doing the work on others because they know that they to need to heal before their linguistic programming practitioner and he was able to defeat phobias and interrupt patterns of people’s long-standing neurotic sir loops and their minds that had just been crippling them and it’s interesting because a lot of the shamanic techniques which are even more more deeply rooted in traditional cultures and have more of a track record than then even modern you know psychological hacking techniques but as busy as real as I know those are it’s also if you can connect someone to a spirit animal while they’re on stage in front of a thousand you know 10,000 people and then they have a revelation and that’s proof in the pudding and that’s really good for yellow building that kind of leadership and and it’s not it’s not giving key if you can change someone’s life and you know really make a difference to see something like that Bakery I’m so big on power Danimals to I just leave everybody has them and they’re here for where is and and it’s such a unique personal Bond the way the strommen constanza describe it to me she said do you know they’re not it’s it’s it’s like a real pet it’s really you know how you bond with your dog and they become like your best friend that she’s like that’s what all of us have with our power are power animals in our are animal totems when they show up in our lives for us SCI Greene with you how do you and your conception at this point of just the role of Spirit guides DUI I guess I have my own my own personal relationship my own opinions I feel like for the most part they’re trying to communicate like if you’re not actively if you’re not actively developing rapport to to connect with and speak to and listen to them in in in NB Fielding in new insights and they’re going to have to just throw you hints by any means necessary and it could be like making you trip and fall so that you see something from word on the spray paint on the wall and then that gives you a little but they if they if you don’t give them a voice than they will just do their best to eat to get in a word in edgewise and it will certainly be unfriendly guys who are trying to subvert your path and there they will be way more in charge like driving you know I’m driving the ship the ship for you without question is so do you want to talk about the bit about your yeah that stepping into that awareness yet you my relationship with them but Aldo their new it’s been very intense and a very strong bond I’m building with them I used to want to learn how to connect with them so badly and I wasn’t getting answers I wasn’t sure how to do it if it was working and the more quiet I got the more okay I became with tuning into the inner world the more I realized it’s actually just happening and for me for example I just started getting very close to one of them named Alexandria a woman who I had a psychic once told me that she’s living through you vicariously because she’s had different lifetimes where she was abused but she knows how to have this tough badass attitude even though she was abused and she’s like a warrior goddess and a friend of mine suggested it’s good to set up an appointment time kind of how you would meet with your friend let’s say you’re meeting with Joe and you’re like Hey Joe let’s meet up at 4 p.m. at Starbucks so I tried it with her and I was like okay 11:30 I’m going to meet up with you and I were making some mugwort tea and I lo and behold forgot the time but when I look it was literally 11:30 on the dot I was like okay and when I close my eyes I was able to Envision her clear her body clearly she was tan skin long hair curvy but beautiful and she was about my size and from that moment on for the next couple days I swear to God I kept looking at the time and I was always 11:30 p.m. or I would just get beard to look at a sign and it would say Alexandria which is how I knew that’s her name and so building that rapport with her specifically has allowed me to understand more the Dynamics of dealing with my other Spirit guides because we we all have more than one sometimes I think I’ve heard that we can have just like one for dominant one in our lives depending on what’s going on but usually we have more than one so I’ve been connecting with different guys like the guy who I believe gives me wisdom and I don’t know if you smoke marijuana or not but sometimes if I’m smoking or even if I’m not smoking out of nowhere it’s like boom and invite will come through and I know it wasn’t thinking about anything but all of a sudden. Just dropped out and it seems like thin air but really that’s your guys giving you information and what job and so I’ve learned to pay attention to those cues for example if I’m not thinking about something beforehand and all of a sudden and insight comes I know it’s my guys or being looked like you said it’s some people might have to trip and fall to see the sign on the billboard but sometimes if you’re just driving and all of a sudden you look and you don’t know what made you look to the left at that billboard those are your Spirit guides and same thing with the animals I literally recently stopped eating meat cold turkey because I was connecting with beer and ice how do you do that how did what do you mean how why would you stop eating meat because of that explain to her that I feel like we as human beings are sold and so are the animals they have souls inside so I feel like if we communicate on we send send messages to those Souls they pick it up I was just driving one night and my bass was bumping really loud and the deer was just looking right into my soul and we literally had a moment and I could feel it was understanding every single message I was giving chew it so from that moment on I was just like no I’m done with eating me I’m just I’m done and Deerwood keep showing up in my life and it really becomes this beautiful bonding experience where you know that they’re connecting with you because because you feel the joy you start feeling happy you know that the Sean actually suggested to dance to your animals because the Spirit guides and animals date they want to have human experiences so I know some people give offerings and she said if you dance then they’re going to dance with you because I really really like engage Man in The Human Experience has been doing that lately and leaving offerings for whether it’s goddesses that are coming to my life at the moment or that I’m connecting with and I just start to feel close to them and it’s beautiful because you realize that you don’t need to have them physically here and they can be kind of closer to you then if someone is physically there with you it’s really fascinating and it’s it’s me it’s like a world of trust but also such a beautiful beautiful spiritual experience are you telling me that you don’t just sit around watching Netflix all all the time and all your free time you’re actually engaging your own life experience and directing your own life movie that’s why I stopped watching TV so long ago I’m just not into TV and I think it’s great you know anything’s wrong with it and just yeah there’s more spiritual things you could be doing that’s kind of just the meantime if that is your lifestyle I hopefully your Spirit guides will help you select the films that you need to get you like The Celestine Prophecy is actually film to so everyone starts over there at in in in yeah I do actually I’ll say a very grateful to streaming media because that’s how I’ve really built a lot of my education there’s so much so many people like you are out there making content now that you can actually access it even if you are totally plugged in and you’re not really exercising your own reality staying so you know there’s a couple things I want to thank you for for bringing up definitely the the spiritual bonding with animals is a huge factor that comes out and and I love that you were bringing up the I’ve had very many similar experiences of of being happy my attention and my focal point be directed without my conscious designer our awareness and just all the sudden I’m at you know something in the periphery of my vision like I could be reading something on the center of a screen and then then like you said all kind of feel this also the sort of jerk or it’s not like a uncomfortable it’s just sort of immediately brought to awareness of all of the numbers on the clock being the same 555 11:11 is just as soon as I just feel like it’s it’s always has a reminder that there are other beings who are either either perceiving reality around you through your eyes somehow or is there and they’re sort of connected through like a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth looks like they have your eyes they can do it yeah and so that’s one way to knowing that the actually that started happening for me more than ever after some soul retrieval experiences so I kind of feel like it’s they want to help you not be a skeptic and not doubt when you have profound experiences they will be like see there is more than meets the eye and ear will keep moving it’s oh so you don’t lose Faith at school can I hook it up yeah it’s going to be shy at school so do you want to talk about what you have planned what you’re you know what you have from just now that you’re kind of a I mean yeah what would you decided to integrate this stuff and then become do this leadership training and get a master’s degree as his awesome so what do you what do you for what are you serious or your longer-term goals with all this said that the program is interesting because it’s it’s environmental base which they were explaining the importance of of our star spiritual responsibility to connecting with the Earth because it’s alive and how everything is intertwined with that and not only is it environmentally base its social justice based which I think is also our due diligence and responsibility to connect with on as as every person and taking that personal responsibility so I’m really looking forward to that experience especially because it is out of spiritual School although it’s accredited the founders Buddhist the students go to school Barefoot if they shoes it’s very non-judgmental and I’m really fascinated about it because the whole school’s consensus is about diving into yourself and connecting with others and and having the rock courage to do that and really being able to pull back the layers which I think are all very important to learning leadership skills and not only for yourself but also with connecting with others and the specific program is called resilient leadership because it’s about sustaining an organization because anyone can start an organization but can you sustain it can you keep a resilient so for me I’m I’m finding this as being something beneficial as I Propel forward and really build a platform for for myself as a African American descent female who’s trying to be an inspirational speaker and that’s that’s a platform that you don’t go to school for you can’t just you know wake up and say okay I’m going to start speaking in that it’s as easy as that it’s really a lot of working a lot of building so I’m really excited about that and as soon as I move to Colorado next week I’ll be actually taking up something what you’re doing I’m taking up a tantra healing practice wear according to them they say it’s non-sexual I’m I’m going to be a Nubian it and learning the healing modalities of Tantra but according to them they said it’s mostly energy healing through the chakras and their just calling it Tantra so maybe you can explain a little bit more share a little bit of that because that is what I’ll be diving into as soon as I got there actually is perfect saying only synchronicities yeah me too to just put put a little note out on on my thoughts on this site I think the best the best way I can share the reality of proportionality of sexuality in Toronto training is really that the sex chakra is 1 of 7 so that’s the 7th of the total picture of your total being and if if the goal is to Inn in the neotantra we’re young people often criticized the modern Western use of the word Tantra because it has become hyper sexualized and even when the intention is there among Steelers and in teachers to have integrity and and hold the the bigger full seven chakra & Beyond sort of bigger picture of what it means to be spiritually healthy and have sexuality not be cut out of that and not and not be ignored it’s like it can be over emphasized and then people can get stuck there where they can get abusive there and certainly with so much trauma healing that needs to happen there’s a tendency really a foul and vile tenancy for unpeeled people or people who are kind of not fully conscious and they become susceptible to forces that will literally possess them to to to create more wounding and deeper wounding in those trauma healing state so it’s them it’s it’s it’s the biggest tragedy in the biggest sick kind of irony so I have a lot of respect for the people who are distancing themselves from those patterns and I know that there’s three it’s just so hard to tell me every school has has different light and Shadow about it and you know what my biggest I guess my for me I feel like the what usually is a safe the safest bet is to work with for women to work with women to heal each other using tantric techniques to connect to the router on Shakti to connect to their own Durham Kundalini and tonight not associate that activation of their own Divinity with having sex with a guru you know that that’s Austin what gets conflated is that in light sexual Enlightenment happens when a woman goes to a male Guru either in India or somewhere in the world and pays them a lot of money instead of the sort of like even you know him and so yeah I say if you’re bypassing that all together that’s a good a good thing because often it ends up being a bad story and then for people who especially women who are sexually traumatized you want to experience the sexual Liberation that comes from the tantric practices than there are I have you know a list of the women who I respect most throughout the world who were doing this work and we’re really Vigilant about how male energy comes into the space if you know if and when it’s appropriate and I feel like there’s a better the most glorious path with is when sexually wooden people pick up the tools amongst trusted you know facilitators and instructors and then once the healing his start to really happen and you start to grow a mature then then it’s appropriate to go and share that energy with other like male Masters or male practitioners who who are not going to be like way above a person’s level like if you think about a lot of the the women who were like we were talking about strippers you know in general and and not to put them down or anything but if if they have not been formally educated because they had to start working the streets or working the club’s when they were supporting their family cuz it came from poverty and you know if there was never a chance to really grow academically intellectually in that sense and and if the the sexual maturity is that of still pandering to and pleasing the abuser because it’s the only attention you’re getting then even if you’re 30 years old or whatever you may not be you still may be operating from a very juvenile mindset and that goes for men and women I mean I I came from a male sex worker background so I know I’ve ever experienced the same thing I mean you can be stuck in your development and if someone who is a higher level of spiritual sexual Mastery comes along and it literally takes advantage of your vulnerability then I consider that to be as culpable as actually abusing children because in a sense that’s spiritually that’s where things are at so people can come up and really ethically develop themselves in the company of other trusted people wear that Dynamic really is precluded then it’s kind of the more glorious thing is that you can graduate from those kind of human experiences in and have the initiation of experiencing the Tantra goddesses and the tantric deities and all that good stuff and then from a more healed place then go and have fun and share that share the energy and make sure you know you’re not being drained and by parasites and vampires out there that’s my public service announcement about Martino work what you got to watch out for but it sounds like you’re going to be and I know it’s the last thing I would say is it a lot of people have bad experiences with tantric meetups with Tantra Masters are schools and what time it’s really I feel like you got to give it you got to give it at least a handful of different try to go to a handful of different people and places and experience different modalities before you make a full judgment about whether or not it’s right for you to even pursue anymore because you never know you know you might not get the best experience right away but if you do that they’re due diligence oh yes oh that sounds cool you going to move to your moving to Colorado for a training or yeah tell us more about that but simultaneously so part-time while we doing is energy work I’ll do I’ll learn Tantra healing modality and then on the side I’ll be learning Shamanism so I’ll be able to incorporate both modalities and grow grow on my path as I keep going as a Healer and really just learning to cultivate giving and and doing my Dharma I truly feel like I came to helping spirit so it’s to me it is about service and and contributing and ways that I can to to help someone evolve and really really heal themselves so I’m really excited about that and my book I’m I’m also going to be working on finishing my my final chapter of my book which will be coming out the end of this year were most likely the beginning of 2019 which if my schedule is not too crazy hopefully I can go and book stores you know so I’m really excited about all of these Endeavors that are finally growing because I planted the seeds 45 years ago and I’ve just kept going and going and going and I I just have never given up and and for me giving up is not an option it’s just to keep propelling forward because to be honest I feel like there was a big blessing and in Camden coming and leaving it’s kind of like well man I feel more of a more more of the determination to come here to fulfill what I came here to fulfill if that makes any sense I feel like we all have a burning desire for something and for me it’s these goals that I have that that I’m really that are really starting to sprout right now so it’s definitely like a sprouting season for me right now but it’s like the little buds are just starting to sprout if that makes sense so it’s very exciting so I knew there was something more than meets the eye when I saw you an Instagram again I just feel like I have all these all these different people in my feed coming through I’m just sort of studying the the effects on culture of this new medium we’re really unlike ever before and I’m old enough now in my late thirties to Remember When there were actually try to think about it now I when I was when I was growing up even around getting through puberty and wanting to be sexually available in sexually expressive and all of those things and just being like it cost a lot of money to go and buy film for a camera and then you take those pictures then you have to go and wait for like a week to have it developed and then who is ever going to see those pictures you might put them in the album they might go on a shelf but there is no way you’re not going to go around to everybody in the school and say hey like we’re going to spend imagine how long it would take if if the level of rapid and even things like Snapchat now so it’s in it’s such a it’s crazy but that’s I guess the hope is that if if it’s going to just be the soup of insults and shaming and bullying and there can be just wherever the light can shine through it can have a big big impact because it’s and it’s going to be needed so you know we can’t walk away from it the fact that we can do all this now you know how it sits and then you can be a magnet and I will say that you know if it if it doesn’t offend you you know for me to to speak in this way I think it’s just because it’s an academic study for me at this point not that I don’t have some like sort of you know I’m still have the stream of images and and they’re all triggering different parts of you you know to see all of that guy’s got bigger muscles than me or that that’s the woman of my dreams and I’ll never even meet her and you know they’re so fancy and I’m whatever you think you’re going through a million of these of these sort of a cycles and I it’s what you know everybody is kind of anorexia or this dysmorphia from social media where they call it like social upward compare or what it comparison or whatever and you know two to be an Angelic force in that realm and to be someone who you know I’m striving to be at if I could get really really fit then people will listen to me like fathom that I guess that’s just how it works though. That motivates me to do more push-ups or do whatever it takes because then it amplifies my voice you know what it is it’s just that is what it is if I was just too thin you know Yogi out there with a giant beard you know after the mountains may be a few people might come and make a donation and and listen to me kind of Babel or something but but if I can actually get out there and compete with all these people who were poor so influential then so be it and so you know when I see the this interesting the sort of hourglass Obsession in media now which is changed from the very thin model the very Western white no features no curves Paradigm and how that shifted to a much more goddess figure or traditional and is so I feel like the as much as we’re living in the patriarchy the fact is if you look at the numbers on the social media is kind of printing out the true reality that everybody is still actually worshipping the voluptuous email for him and so to be able to and then you know I don’t I’m not missed I feel like there’s a place just to study I’m not going to say what is right or wrong for for whatever but I will say that when I look at the numbers and do the math the people the women who are the sort of exuding that that that figuring out are the ones with millions and millions and millions of followers and I look at some of their profiles and it’s been ages have 10 pictures of Wonder at the beach another one there you know at the gym and other one there at the club and end in your legs is a fake profile as someone just scrape these images and put it together because if it’s that easy ones going to hire a few models that that look like that and then I’ll put chakras in the background of their picture I’ll put you know some shamanic drumming thing going on in the picture and that will just sort of but know some people that sleep for real and doing it so I see you’re you infinite growth potential in that direction and and I’m I’m going to yeah just energetically and and it’s some point hopefully financially be supporting efforts type of people like you to actually you know you’re you were in the in the eyes of the masses that the low-hanging fruit that’s actually potential to really fertilize in in in four people so that’s my analysis is no that’s my analysis so far but how do you feel about that yeah do you do you sense that you I mean just I love to hear I’m very curious since I have these out of it and I’m like window shopping for souls to build alliances with and then night you know from your perspective you’re actually your enchanting people with your likeness and is doing the magic so what is your experience like and what do you feel this like you were responsibility there and in all that good stuff. And you really hurt so many great points and a great observation I feel like I’m by Nature I’m not a competitive person so I don’t believe in competing with others so I haven’t really too much struggled with a hole comparison aspect and I’ve had girlfriends who I overheard many time say oh I try to stay off of it because it makes me feel bad about myself I start comparing you know why am I not a stand why is my waist not as thin why is my but not as big and I feel like that’s also an easy Rabbit Hole to fall down into if you’re not conscious or conscientious of your worth and Anna of the beautiful aspect of being able to have this Liberation to express yourself in your own authentic way I do feel like the the portal that is a bit available to us is so empowering for the female species because because it can go to different ways we can either be shamed for it which is something growing up in a Haitian Family household I was always kind of shamed for dressing quote on quote sexy but for me it’s very liberating because I don’t have a family that I need to worry about telling me Oh that’s too revealing I have the freedom to to post whatever it is that I want to post and I think I love those pages of women for example who are just being Rebels and there they have their titties out and they’re breastfeeding and they’re saying you know it’s kind of like feminism because we are feel like the amber rose slutwalk for example we have the right to look as sexy as we want and not necessarily have to be shamed as being a slut so I find that is very very liberating and I feel like a specially when a woman can tie into the deeper level underneath that sex that sexy for example whether it’s a message or whether it’s chakras or and even if it’s not something spiritual let’s say her messages just being fit and healthy I think combining those aspects is so empowering for others just to look into so they can find out within themselves that’s music to my ears and so what do you feel like are some strategies are our plans or or did you are you thinking okay I’m going to like if you would like to see you still you continue to grow in your audience grows how how do you plan to feed them and nourish them and nurture them and I guess one thing I’ll start with this are you have you have you or will you do talk about your tattoo on your back that’s a pretty so yeah so for me I’ve always wanted or recently in the past few years I’ve wanted a back tattoo of the Goddess Isis or originally known as offset who Cleopatra he’s used to actually worship her and they say she’s the daddy of of the true Virgin Mary that the Europeans stole and called the Virgin Mary so because she three days prior to her so with that image on my back I had someone recently asked me if I think that tattoo was a healing tattoo for me I cannot even explain to you the amount of messages I’ve received from getting that tattoo that’s far from Isis I am kind of briefly but I had a dream recently where I had seen a woman with a back tattoo of Isis as well and I sent to her I said battle I love your tattoo license you have one too she starts crying and she goes oh my God I’m going to get emotional right now because you’re starting to see that I am her and I didn’t really understand what that meant but moving forward in my dream it gets really adventurous and my brother in real life was actually visiting me so he was sleeping on a mattress on the floor and on my windowsill in the dream I look up and I see a stuffed bird the bird starts moving with all this mystical music in the background and it literally slowly comes right into my mouth and goes inside of my mouth I didn’t swallow it but it was stuck in my mouth to the point where I tried waking up to get my brother’s attention I’m like trying to call out John John but I couldn’t talk and finally I woke myself up from the dream but later on I started to realize that the dream was symbolic of me really ingesting and taking Goddess Isis into my very being which I feel we all have the capacity and ability to do with any previous god or goddess and so for me with the images of my strategy is so I actually do have a big speech coming up this Saturday in the monument at Washington DC for a cancer that now it’s only a five CH however I am so honored to do this because I want to inspire people who are fighting with cancer we’re fighting with anything kind of how you said well it makes people put their Petty problems into perspective not saying cancer is anything Petty however I feel like if you have the opportunity to fight that’s a blessing so my goal and my strategy and enforce were mainly speeches that I plan to do moving forward is to be dressed as a goddess because I feel like we need to just break the trend be a rebel do something different I feel like they use the world they need something different so anything that we can do to step outside of the box I think it’s amazing and so for me it’s really tiring and creativity and and The Feminine Divine Essence of the goddess and it’s really to allow people in the crowd whether you’re a male or female to connect with that goddess or God within you because that’s just an archetype that we all possess well that’s so cool right that is so next level now this is what we need and everyone is so hooked into the Marvel Comics superheroes and that’s that’s really what the mythological deities were all about I mean to embody the the highest virtues and to the stolen with powers and if we could you know be aspiring to to hold that the vibration their costuming it’s you it’s magic it is it’s the easiest if I want to say well maybe that’s the easiest cuz it’s a lot of it is so ornate and in so much effort goes into but I guess if that’s it for the most undeniable transformative magical effects is just well I mean look at all the cartoons and even the when I all the things I bonded with He-Man and robot talking robot Car Warriors and you know it could be anything so yeah please and it’s not just cause play either even though that’s cool but if you can really be doing invocation and say yeah before the speech I did a little ritual ceremony and brought invited you know someone that looks like you’re introduced to the speaker introduce you and you introduced the guy that says he speaks well that is so exciting and it feel like you’re on to some great amazing things and do you have any other thoughts feelings device you want to share as we come to a close here and certainly shirt out of the best whiskey will get ahold of you I hope you will you don’t have a real duel links ready and all that good stuff what kind of dog is the only advice I give is piggybacking off of what you said with the the platform that we have now with social media I feel like I said it’s an opportunity for everyone to be their own celebrity in their own way and to cultivate their creativity bye-bye really unleashing a part of yourself that truly expresses your authentic self because I feel like we all can learn something from everyone and so I can easily be found on all of my social media at Vanessa’s Soul EXO and that’s
